I paid Sonder + Form $3300 in full July 18, 2023 for services of Designing a Planner. Aug 1, 2023. We met in person. ********* the project manager asked me to send ****** Docs which I did on August 2nd. I reached out to ********* for next steps + asked what the timeline looked like for completion of the planner on August 25, 2023. There was no reply so I sent a followup August 30th. Still nothing so I reached out to ***** ******* (Owner) via ******** August 31. No reply again. I reached out to her again Sept 5th. Sept 6th they emailed to say she has started the designs. I asked her for the storyboard and a timeline and there was no reply. Sept 12th ********* emailed to schedule a meeting for timelines + an update with *****. I emailed dates to meet Sept 13th and heard nothing. I followed up Sept 20 & 21 and had no response. I messaged ***** Sept 22 and expressed my concern, within 10min received an email from ********* to reschedule the meeting to the following week. The said they were not available for the time I picked, and when I gave them the time I was available there was no response. I emailed Sept 26 to confirm the meeting ********* responded on Sept 27 they could not meet. Sept 29 *********, sent me the storyboard which was the documents I had sent to them in Canva but turned pink, she asked me to meet on Monday, and then changed it to Tuesday Oct 3. October 3 - ***** was 20min late for our scheduled **** meeting..********* finally showed up with out *****. I expressed that I wasn’t happy and would like to ask for a refund/not continue.***** phoned me October 5th and said it was all a miscommunication and tried to get me to continue, I declined and sent them a formal email stating I wanted my money back. Oct 12 I demanded a refund, she replied October 13th - I stated again I would like a refund, October 17th I sent last reply and received no response.
