I contacted diva cup on October 25, 2021 regarding the product that I purchased because I wanted to know why my second time buying a diva cup why it was leaking so much when I position it I watch countless videos on ******* I went online I try to position it a different way but every time my flow happens with the cup it never wanted to stay in place and I was leaking blood in my underwear I contacted their customer support just to get some help on the cob and what to do and I believe that it's not working for me and at that time I had bought it and they said if the product wasn't working that they would give you like a trial and error and possibly help what position it I never heard back from diva cup regarding the situation and for me yeah product is $30 apiece almost 40 just to have a cup be leaking out blood and it's supposed to keep me from not really using tampons and things like that diva cup was no help to me the lady told me how to position the cup I told her that I did do what she said and I positioned and I moved it I did everything pushed it up everything like that and I've never heard back from diva cup I've called their customer service number to see if maybe I can get a live agent on nobody answers the phone so I am writing to the Better Business Bureau to see if maybe they can get some kind of help when it comes to this because they don't answer back emails and they don't answer their phone so may be by me sending this complaint about their product may be the answer me now
