PRA has called me multiple times a day for years from different numbers. I have no need to communicate with them. I have blocked hundreds of numbers now. Voicemails have been left and it is an auto robo voice. This is beyond harrassment. There are no collections on my *********** Credit Report. I would like the calls, voicemails and anything else to stop. Consider this my written request.Business response

I've delt with them before, extremely unprofessional and rude. They keep calling and automatically hangs up when I answer or leaves voicemails daily with no message. I've blocked numerous numbers but they keep calling. I would like my number to be added to a do not call list and for them to cease all communication.Business response

I had a **** product they long story short told Me I had payed it off waited a year then tried to fraud my bank. They apparently sold that fraud debt to PRA group Canada recently. The **** issue was 11 years ago.Business response

PRA group Canada is continually calling us multiple times a day from different numbers, its been going on for months. We block the number each time, but they always call again from another one. They never speak or leave a message, just keep calling. We have no business with this company at all. Please make them stop.Business response

They have been calling me for over a year daily. When I answer no one is there. I have blocked several numbers but they still call me daily from various other numbers. I as far as I know I don't owe them anything but even if I did there is no one there to speak to. I wish for them to take me off their calling listBusiness response

PRA GROUP INC has incorrectly added a **** *** *********** account under my ******* report that is negatively affecting my credit score. I have been disputing this incorrect file with ******* for the past two months and it still has not been removed because your company is insisting that the information on your end is correct. When the collections account belongs to my sister with a similar name and the same DOB. This has caused me alot of stress as my score is impacted and I have been denied credit. I will be filing a consumer protection complaint against your company and ******* for failing to resolve this in a timely manner.Business response

This company keeps calling my government work cellphone every single day. They never leave a message and they never call from the same number, so it is impossible to block. I do not have any outstanding debt and I do not use this phone for anything but work. I would like them to please stop calling me.Business response

They have been calling me from dozens of different phone numbers multiple times a day every day, leaving voicemails and at one point texting me. The few times I answered the phone there have been no voices and the call would quickly hang up. the name they have used when contacting me is not my name and I do not have any debt I owe them. This has been going on for well over a year, im obviously not meant to be the recipient. Please cease contacting me.Business response

I have received numerous calls from this business. It seems like theyve called from every province in Canada at this point. *** tried to tell them that I do not owe anything but still receive calls. I reached out to the *** about outstanding student loans and theyve never heard of this business and they told me I dont have anything outstanding with them. I also reached out to the national student loans centre and they said my file is closed so I have no idea why these people keep calling me. They are asking for $1,000 or $800 to clear this debt which I will not pay as I dont owe anything.Business response

Multiple instances of calls related to another persons account. I have personally called back and spoken with agents to clarify that I have had this number for over 20 years. At this point, on three separate occasions there has been an apology from the agent and that the file will be corrected to remove this number. After the second and third time, I have asked how can I be assured that this will not occur again.I had seen at the beginning of this issue that BBB had achieved correcting these calls. Hoping that we can just stop the looping of calls without anyone answering - messages - clarifying that it is not the correct number - repeat.Business response

Please contact us at ************ and refer to your file number DS491736 thank you ".Please resolve this error and confirm that my cell number has been added to your Do Not Call list if possible.

Based on the message you received, it is quite clear that DCA is the company contacting you not PRA Group.
