I am writing to complain about the service I received from the manager at your store on June 1. I ordered two CD SAND DEALS, and upon arriving home, I realized that the individual popcorns were missing from my order. When I called the store to address this issue, the manager informed me that the deal was different for counter orders compared to online orders, and that individual popcorns were not included. This crucial information was not communicated to me at the time of ordering. Additionally, when I explicitly confirmed with the manager whether the deal was the same as the online order, he assured me that it was. I have the receipt from my order, which clearly shows that individual popcorns were included, proving that the manager was not truthful in his explanation. After I pointed out this discrepancy, the manager changed his stance and claimed it was impossible for the individual popcorns to be missing. This response was not only contradictory but also insinuated that I was mistaken or dishonest, which I found highly insulting.When I returned to the store to resolve the issue, the manager refused to engage in conversation, citing my husband's recording of our interaction as the reason, despite the recording focusing on me rather than him. Another staff member eventually assisted me, but the manager's refusal to address the situation and his contradictory statements were unacceptable.The manager's behavior was unprofessional and misleading, and his refusal to take responsibility for the mistake reflected poorly on your store. Furthermore, I observed concerning practices regarding hygiene during my visit. The manager handled the menu machine without wearing gloves, and then proceeded to handle food from the fridge with disposable gloves on. He then returned to operate the menu machine with the same gloves, raising serious concerns about hygiene practices in the store.Initial Complaint

On April 4, 2022 placed an order at 5:59pm on the kfc website. Got my confirmation email and it said would be delivered by 6:39pm. I sat on my cough facing my front window so I could keep my eye on the porch for when they came. I proceeded to make a couple calls and send a few messages. Lost track if time and came to realize it was now an hour past when it was to be delivered. I called the store to which no one answered. I called the 1866 delivery number as the email instructed to call if I had questions about the order. I called and was told he would send an email to the store and the food would be here shortly. I waited and nothing came. I called the store a couple more times and again no one answered. I called the 1866 number again and the woman apologized and said she'd send an email marked urgent and the store Could call me shortly. I waited 20 more minutes and no one called so I called back and got the same woman who said she was sorry and could cancel the order or make a complaint against the restaurant. I obviously wanted my money back so I canceled the order and was told to call guest relations to make a complaint. I called guest relations and she was apologetic took all my info and the order number and the total and the restaurant info and said she'd ensure my refund came to me and that she'd reach out to the franchisee and that the restaurant would be in communication with me in a day or two. By Thursday afternoon j had heard nothing and no refund so I called back guest relations and they said they'd send an urgent email to the franchisee again and to expect their call. By Friday nothing so I called again and got told the same thing that they would email the franchisee. I expressed concern because this store and franchisee had been emailed all week and no one was getting back to even guest relations! I asked if more could be done and I was told no. That's a pitiful system. It's now Sunday I have hears nothing from anyone, I haven't gotten my money back.
