I began using the services of The Snatched Society after being recommended by a friend. I went to a service and then I purchased memberships that were on a black Friday deal. When I went to the appointment, ***** told me to etransfer her directly $500 for *********** services. The etransfer was sent and accepted November 25 2022. These services were never rendered to date. When I inquired on September 30th after attending what I thought would be an 11am appointment- she refused service and I expressed my issue with the Fresha App that books services. She did not provide me any *********** services and instead refused to acknowledge her not accommodating my disability. She said she would figure out the issues I was having with the Fresha App and would call me. Instead she sent aggressive messages to my cell phone demanding more money from me, a charge of $75/ service for 3 services amounting to $150 instead of the $50 cancellation fee I have previously paid. The single session of *********** was trying to charge me $225. I have screen shots of the altercation and her threatening me. I have been laughed at for my disability, refused service and a full refund of the $500 and the remaining $200 of membership services I will not use.I attempted to resolve the problem but instead I was belittled, faced condescending remarks and was laughed at for expecting her to return my funds. She attempted to also charge me an additional $25/day of not receiving the cancellation fees, and attempted to charge my credit card on file with these unfounded cancellation fees.Customer response

The business owner has made fun of my disability and refused to refund me money. She did not provide any services and when confronted with screenshots of my payment to her personal account, she complained about my ability to understand my responsibility to continue to pay her. She also attempted to take false amounts from my credit card from the business' information. I have a permanent disability which she is aware of and instead she claimed I needed to "notify my support people". This has been reported to police as well.

Gave deposit for tattoo removal in December 2021, once the business received the deposit she stopped messaging me back. If I did hear from her, it was never to answer my questions about the service but to prolong to start date. It's now July and they don't offer this service and refuse a refund. I have heard from 5 other girls they have done this to.Customer response
