Sold a faulty vehicle. Sensors are malfunctioning, cameras died on me. Vehicle breaks automatically.There are huge safety issues, and the dealership doesn't respond or resolve.

Poor service. Spent $2000 on their recommendation which did not fix the problem. Tryed to get an answer, but no one would return my call after leaving several voicemails. I am hoping that it was not because I was from out of town from the States. In any event, I would not be going back there.

in short, 45 days suffering with unprofessional staff. I received my new brand Ford car with lack of accessories that I paid for. Dee, Shane and AK promised me to receive the accessories and to fix a small error found in the car from the first week. However they gave me five useless appointments and my new car was kept for two weeks at the agency, then I received my car un-fixed and scratched on the roof. The staff are working as a gang, unprofessional people, provide fake information and promises. My advice don't get involve with them in anyway.

There are no words to describe our thanks and appreciation for the unbelievable professionalism and kindness from everyone at this dealership and there aren't enough stars to give. We broke down in our new truck towing a boat with four kids and a dog and we are from the U.S. We initially had another Ford dealership service our truck and after a three day wait, we broke down just outside Courtesy Ford's doorstep just an hour down the road from our previous breakdown. The dealership helped us in every way. The courtesy drive made two trips to help us all get safely to a local hotel switching car seats, helping with luggage, even though it was minutes before closing time, and he did so while answering 100 questions from our four year old with a smile on his face the whole time. Judy and Alex secured a rental vehicle for us, honored our Ford service plan, and went above and beyond to fix our truck and secure our boat. The service technician spoke to us personally every step of the way, and even reached out to the first dealer who tried to fix it to be sure he didn't miss anything. In addition to the professionalism and kindness of Judy and Alex, the office staff was friendly, even helping to give water to our dog! Everything was just OUTSTANDING!!!! This is the first review I have ever provided, and it is a pleasure to recognize Courtesy Ford for their service and kindness.

They sold me a car that was unsafe. Seat belts disabled, airbags disabled, exuasht had a 6inch hole. They stated a 1st year mechanic did my car and after numerous times bringing the car in they refuse to fix things under warrenty the first time causing more damage in the long run and they expect me to deal with . They gave me warrenty on the car bummper to bummer. they refuse to fix anythinf ive asked since the day I bought it. they are now not returning my calls and or providing me with documents for my car to show work that was done which I should******** be allowed to have the service jobs that were done to my car.

They will also call you ********************************* promise to fix things when they return monday and then not return my call for 2 weeks.
