A tree fell on the roof of one of my buildings and punched two holes in it, both roughly the size of baseballs. I contacted FTR INC. as well as one other roofer. I wanted the job completed quickly to avoid water leaking onto and collecting in the ceiling, thereby potentially collapsing it and causing considerably more damage. It was March and the spring rains were coming. The first roofing company could not do the work until the spring and I felt their quote was high for the work and materials involved. FTR were very responsive. Their quote was more reasonable and they promised to do the work within a week. Sure enough they showed up as promised and we are very pleased of the work they have done. ***** the owner understood our concern over the damage and his crew was a group of very polite and hard ************. They answered all my questions as the work was under way. I have some decking that needs to be done and intend to use FTR again as we are so pleased with both their pricing and work quality.Review from Margaret J

If I could give a minus I would.Very unreliable, they never show up when they say theyre going too. Their work is mediocre at its best.Unless your really really desperate stay away from this company.Review from Mandy G

These guys were amazing! My new tin roof looks so good! Not only was the price reasonable but they showed up on time and ready to go! TBH hardest working crew Ive had do work for me. All the guys were very polite and answered any questions I had with a smile. After they were done they did a thorough clean up job and left my yard in the same condition it was in before they arrived. ****** recommend ***** and his crew they did an excellent job!Review from Rob H

I hired FTR *** Roofing on May 29th, 2023 to replace an older double-layer roof outside of ****** in *****. The job had its complications from start to finish, as there was a 40-foot hill where all the old roofing needed to come up, and all the new roofing needed to come down. That didn't make things easy. ***** and his team said it would take a week, and they would start on the 5th of June. He brought in extra folks to help complete the job due to the complications, and it was done in 3 days! The team at FTR was great. Very professional, and CLEAN! Not a single shingle or nail to be found after the team left, even up a 40-foot hill! FTR Also included a 15-year workmanship warranty! The business owner and the crew are very professional, friendly, and understanding. I had them back to install Eavestrough as well. Highly recommend the company for roofing and exterior business.Review from Frank B

On May 14, 2022, I hired FTR ***orporated for roof replacement work. I gave a deposit of three thousand two hundred and seventy-seven dollars. FTR *** promised to start the work in two weeks. FTR *** did not show up to do the job as promised and did not show courtesy or professional conduct by contacting me. I contacted them to inquire why they did not show up. They told me they were completing another job and would start my roof next week.Again, they did not start the job on the promised date or have the courtesy to contact me.This behaviour went on from May 2022 to November 2022. That's six months of reasons why he could not start the work. I had a roof emergency over the winter where water was getting into the ceiling. At this point, I was so disappointed and fed up with FTR *** I hired another company to do the fix. I contacted FTR this spring, explained what happened and why I could not wait any more, and requested a partial refund of my deposit.I got a text back from FTR with lots of profanity, but no reason why I could not get my deposit back. The next step for me is to take them to the court.************Review from Heather M

I originally hired ***** to replace my eavestroughs at my home. He and his employees were efficient and professional. The work was done well and looks great.I contacted him for a referral to anyone he knew to build a front porch and steps as well as a back small deck and steps for me. I had pre existing crumbling concrete steps. ***** and ***** (finishing *********) did a fantastic job. It is solid and finished so well. It took a bit longer than I anticipated for it to be completed but I believe it had to do with some rain and getting materials. I have already received compliments on the work by passerbys. I would recommend this company without a doubt. Thanks again!
