We're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our company. We take all complaints seriously and we would like to investigate this matter further.
Firstly, we apologize for any inconvenience caused regarding the auto-renewal policy. Our policy is clearly outlined on all literature which are provided to all customers upon signing up for our services and is included on every single invoice when a service is completed and left at the door. However, we understand that this may not have been clear to you and we apologize for any miscommunication on our part.
Regarding the unauthorized visits to your property, prior to any visit, we provide a day’s notice via an automated call to ensure that all homeowners are aware that a service will be conducted the following day. From our records, these calls were sent prior to every visit at your property and that numerous emails were provided from the end of 2021 until your account was closed in 2022. Providing ample time to have a discussion and ensure that if you did not want to resume services, we would more than able to accommodate your request at any time throughout the season.
In regards to the charges being escalated to the collection team, we want to assure you that we do not take this action lightly. However, when a customer's account becomes past due, we are left with no choice but to take action to recover the funds owed to us. We do offer payment plans and other solutions to help customers who are experiencing financial difficulties.
