I bought a pair of ***** pants (female size 8 tall) in green. They were fabulous. Ordered the same pair in navy blue (same size) and they were huge! Since their sizing chart is not applicable to their pant sizing, there does not seem to be much use in using the sizing chart. I wanted to order a size 6 and a size 4 since I am not able to establish which size would fit best. Terrible customer service. The men's clothes don't hold up in the paint. My son is 6'9", and I thought I had finally found a solution for him with this company, but it was not the solution. The clothes rip very quickly, from the hoodie to the white t-shirt that was delivered stained; I have basically nothing this boy can wear from this selection of clothing I bought him in February. Then I sent them an email with a picture of the pants, and they expected me to hold on to them, as they took up space in my home of never-ending clothing, until their quote-unquote "case was complete". Their clothing is a joke and I do not recommend not one piece of it to anyone.American Tall Response

This was my first time ordering from American Tall. The ordering and delivery went fine, but I needed to return one of my items, *** **** ****** **** * ******** **** ******* ** * ****. I returned my item on 4/06/2024; it is now 5/11/2024 and I still have not received my refund. I can't speak to anyone or get any real answers or updates because they don't have customer service representatives that you can talk to, and the customer service chat bot is limited to canned responses. ** ******* ** *** ***** ******** **** **** ********American Tall Response

We are so sorry about this and appreciate you bringing this issue to us! Upon investigating the matter, your package seems to be stuck at customs and is not yet delivered to us. Therefore, we were unable to process the return. Your return has now been processed and the issue will be escalate to the carrier on priority. Additionally, we can see that you did reach out through our AI Assistant but weren’t able to create a ticket. Our chatbot is designed to help customers with frequently asked questions but we encourage them to request for an agent support on the chat if they are unable to get the required solution.Review from Don W

We have ordered several times over the past few years! Product was always very good. Customer service seemed to be a priority! I placed an ordered a few days ago and paid extra for expedited delivery. Was given a delivery date of Thursday 29 Feb! A shipping label was created quickly, then the package sat for a few days. Long and short of it, I received an update this morning and the package is now arriving March 1st. We will be out of town and was hoping for the items ordered! I wrote an email to the Company this morning and was lucky enough to have Henry respond, with a polite, well priority shipping takes 5-7 Business days???? Then why did I pay extra Henry and why was I given a delivery date sooner then that? Just disappointed by the lack of customer care. Our American Tall ordering days are done! If you don't mind waiting or being given false delivery dates after paying additional fees, order away. We're done!American Tall Response

Any date provided at checkout is an estimate of when the package could arrive, not a guaranteed date of arrival. If an order is needed quickly, we recommend checking out with our "express shipping" option as it has the fastest of 3-5 business days. I ordered from this company in early December 2023 they took 4 weeks to process my order, even after I asked for an update via email 6 times, Once they finally replied to me they informed me the items I ordered were out of stock as annoyed as I was I asked for a refund since I waited a month to even hear anything about my order, even after I emailed them 6 times for an update on my order status. They refused to issue me a refund and offered me store credit for my $300 order that did not even leave the warehouse. I was looking for clothes for tall women since I’m over 6 ft but I will never order from this company again.American Tall Response

I have been an American Tall Customer for about 2 years. I am 6'5" and genuinely appreciate a company that make clothers for tall guys. Frequently "big and tall" just means tall and fat. These clothes fit well with a range of fit options for some styles. Good quality construction and beautiful materials. I do not like talking to an automated machine……..I ordered 2 tops Jan. 5th for $94.93……sent them back and got a refund of $17.34 on Jan. 21.. I would like to know what happened to my refund. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR SERVICE, along with many others. ***** ******American Tall Response
