I placed an order on October 20, 2021 for $160.58 CAD for plants through Geoponics website. I received an order confirmation from Geoponics the same day as I placed the order. After waiting one week, with no tracking or update information , I emailed Geoponics on October 27 requesting an order update. I received a response from Geoponics (Sophie C - Customer Care) on October 28. This was my response from Geoponics/Sophie: "Hi ******** *******, Thanks for getting in touch! Your order has been delayed because of changing weather conditions. We were waiting for the climate to be better but it keeps on getting worse, due to which we won't be able to ship your order. You will receive a refund notification for your order. We apologize for the inconvenience that has occurred to you. ​You will receive your refund within 4-5 business days. Please let us know in case you need any help. We truly apologize for the same. Regards" After no refund or further communication, I emailed Geoponics again on November 11: " Hello, I still have not received my refund - could I get an update please? Thanks, ********" And similarly on November 21 and December 2, I emailed Geoponics requesting a refund/update. I tried calling Geoponics on December 2 and December 13. I tried messaging Geoponics on their ********* page on December 3 including screenshots of my order and past correspondence. I have not received any further update from them and I am left to believe they have taken $160 from me. I placed a successful order with them approximately 1 year ago so I had perceived them to be a legitimate company.
