      I receive 10-20 calls/week from different telephone numbers indicating that they are a representative of Bell Canada. I have asked to be removed from the calling list but continue to receive these calls. It is annoying and time consuming. I am not a Bell customer and will NEVER choose Bell by virtue of their ********** approach to marketing.

      There 5G service is not good at all I don't know who awarded them the fastest 5G in 2023! one of the line can not send sms customer service has no answer? over all not happy as a new customer moved from another provider, I will definitely leave them and go back to my previous provider. * ****** *** **** **** * * *****

      **** ** * **** ** ******** ** *** **** **** **** ********. They make really bad mistakes with your account and even when they are wrong will never give you a credit for their Mistakes I moved to Edmonton and required a local number. Bell gave me a new number that turned out to be long distance to Edmonton. I called customer service and they argued with me saying it was local. The number was local to Boyle Alberta. They would not change it without an $80 charge. The reason I needed the local number was for the intercom in our Condo. Bell forced me to change providers as their customer support did nothing but argue with me. Now they will not offer any credit at all to my account; even though they are wrong.

      I will never ever EVER come back to bell mobility again. I had a credit on my account and needed help collecting MY money back. I followed all of the bell mobility advisor’s instructions to wait for the account to close and then I will get my refund. However, they did this on purpose so they can issue the refund under my father‘s name who is now deceased. And then told me I would have to hire a lawyer just to get $57 of my own money back. Bell mobility ** * *** **** not only the fact that they were going to issue the refund and it was going to take 60 days. I spent over an hour on the phone talking to multiple people who kept telling me to repeat my story over and over again only to get no help no apology no real assistance. I will definitely be telling all of my friends, Family, coworkers, and anyone who ever asks about Bell mobility. ** ***** **** ** **** ********** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******* ** * ****** ***** ** *** *****

      * ** ******* ** ******** ******** ***** *** poor service and unresolved technical issues I experienced since switching to Bell Mobility in August. After being with my previous provider since 2017, I expected a high standard of service but was met with ongoing problems. From the start, I was charged activation fees for four lines, despite being told they would be waived. After over two hours on the phone and an unhelpful conversation with a manager, the charges were finally refunded, setting a disappointing precedent. However, the primary reason for my dissatisfaction and decision to leave Bell today is a persistent issue with one of my lines. When traveling abroad, the voice service completely stopped working, though 5G data and SMS functioned. This issue, critical to my business, was reported in August, but support closed the case without resolution, ironically stating they could not reach me by phone. I changed my SIM card, as advised, but during a recent trip, the problem persisted. Despite opening another ticket, I was told I needed to be in the U.S. with an additional line for troubleshooting. My request to escalate the issue was denied, with the support team refusing to escalate the matter because I had already crossed back into Canada. Expecting a customer to travel internationally just to resolve a service issue is unreasonable. The fact that only one line out of four was affected suggests a technical issue that should have been addressed remotely. I am submitting this ********* to highlight the mishandling of this issue, which ultimately led to my decision to leave Bell Mobility today.

      Very slow data speed, got a great plan. They told me two weeks ago that I’d get a call back in 24-72 hours and haven’t received a call. They got me to get a new device and SIM card and still no resolution. I can’t return the device because I exchanged it, when my plan is done I will never be a Bell customer again. I have wasted so much time trying to fix this with minimal help from customer service.

      I have to vent about my recent interaction with Bell mobility ********* sales practices. Specifically how I was deliberately misled about the ability to purchase a plan to allow my sons ******* smart watch to function as a stand alone device while sharing my wife's cellular plan. I spent more that 2 weeks researching and discussing watch choices based on mobility package capabilities with Bell sales and technical people, who all said my request for stand alone phone number on the ******* watch linked to the shared data cellular plan on my wife's phone was entirely doable. After purchasing the watch and setting up a cellular plan, my interation for over 2 hours with sales, technical and finally a case manager all ended with multiple disconnections and differing answers and no solutions. The fact that Bell's "customer service" inherently prevents contacting the same person who just disconnected you ** **** *** ** *** ******* * **** **** ******** ***** ** **** *********** Do better Bell!

      I have cancelled my service with bell in July, I called and make sure everything was paid including device since I didn’t want to talk to them anymore , due to the untrained staff and poor customer service. I called them last month to ask because I received a different bill and they said that they will credit some money for me. But yesterday Sept I received another bill, I callled back and someone without any knowledge told me very confused that I have to pay again.

      We bought two phones from bell in April. We've had nothing but problems since we got these phones. It cracks up when talking to people or they can't hear us at all. The only way to have a conversation on these phones is to stand in the doorway of our patio door, imagine what that will be like in a few months when winter sets in. I want to cancel the whole thing *** ** **** ** ******** but they think I'll pay 121.00 a month for the next 22 months!!
