This occured at the office located at 250 Greenbank road. Appointment was scheduled for 10am for my cat *****, we arrived 15 minutes early but were not taken into the waiting room until 1030, suggesting short staffing and overbooking. We waited again in the exam room for another half an hour before being seen by the doctor. When the doctor finally arrived, she was too afraid to even touch the cat despite several explicit warnings from myself from the time of booking that she was aggressive and would require additional measures, which were not mentioned or provided despite charging me an "urgency" surcharge to my appointment fee. After not examining my cat out of fear, this alleged professional cat handler decided my cat had a UTI, ignoredmy concerns of what was actually occuring, declared my prescription would be ready when I paid, and promptly exited the room "to allow me to deal with her." The prescription for the alleged issue that was apparently divined through psychic powers was a powerful antibiotic. I follow the course, despite massive protests from the animal, and now a day after completion my cat is suffering even more greatly from a condition which I ultimately treated aidlessly(constipation, very serious in cats), with no medical assistance from the professional I paid. Not to mention we were made to wait an additional 45 minutes in the waiting room post appointment, as a line had formed and only one attending counter person seemed willing to see guests. I brought my dogs puppies to this vet. When I originally inquired about the pricing for the puppies for their first visits, shots dewormer etc, I asked if there would be a discount, because of the amount of dogs I'd be bringing in at once. The lady I spoke with said she'd look into it and get back to me, less than an hour later I received a call back and was told 15% from the exam fee would be discounted. When I called when they were born to book the appointments as requested, this number was confirmed. When I arrived for their appointment 8 weeks later, after they had seen the vet, had their shots etc, there was no mention of a discount, so I mentioned it, and it took them 20 mins or so, to figure things out, but I was only given 10%, not the 15% I was promised, and have I not mentioned it, I wouldn't had gotten anything at all. Now, they are charging me a no Show fee of over 100$ for my "mother" dog. There inability to honor a promise.. of 15% off, and their unprofessional behavior, run around and now charging me for their issues? Is unacceptable. I will not pay the no show fee, and they can remove it, and my records from there system. This is unacceptable. I will go to whatever lengths I need to get their behavior known, if this fee is not removed.
