I had used T-Shirt Elephant for years with no problem, until now. I ordered my staff shirts and they were printed wrong. I will never use them again. My order was over $400. When I emailed to ask for a refund or reprint or some sort of solution; they replied with an offer of 15% discount on my next order. This doesn't come close to rectifying the problem. Especially since I won't be returning after this mishap. I emailed back and asked for a better solution. They have no ignored my emails and phone calls for 4 days. **** ********* ****** ** *** *** **** ****. *** * ***** ******** **** ***** ****** **** ****. What happened to this trusting company? I placed an order with T-shirt Elephant a month ago. I have not received any form of communication when the shirts will be delivered. I have left multiple voicemails and emails, I cant get any response. They were quick to take my money though. I would love a refund, or even just let me know they are being made? I wanted them for a golf trip in a month, this shouldve been plenty of time. Weird thing is I had ordered from them multiple times in the past (back to 2018 though). I am thinking something happened and this company is no longer operating but has no issues collecting payments.Review from Sandi L

Paid for order, did not receive anything, ***********
I was first in contact with T-shirt elephant on April 29 and spoke with Jason S.-one of the reps. I placed an order on May 3, for over $200, I paid part by credit card, and Jason requested I pay the rest by E transfer. First red flag!
I was given order # ********. I was assured that my order would be shipped on May 17.
It is now June 10, I have not received anything! For the last few weeks I have contacted the company by phone, email, ******** and Insta daily. No one from the company had answered me.
I am now filing a complaint with the BBB, hopefully I can get a refund!Review from Jimi S

We placed a corporate order for 100 tote bags ($861 CAN), received an automatic order confirmation / receipt and then have never heard from them again. Repeated methods of contact have not produced a response. I feel this business is no longer up and running though everything is so automated, it appears to be. We will probably try to get our money back through the credit card used. The website needs to be taken down.
