One of our commercial properties just had its parking lot repaved by Black Tar construction, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Large cracks, potholes, and drainage issues that had existed for years plagued the land, which was in appalling shape overall. I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience we had when we hired Black Tar Construction to repave our driveway. Every time it rained, water would collect in the dip near the garage of our nearly 20-year-old, damaged driveway. Black Tar's staff was meticulous and professional from the very first consultation. They took the time to assess the drainage and grading problems and explain what needed to be done to address the issue in the long run, rather than merely providing a rapid price.Review from Melinda C

Black Tar Construction was amazing to work with! ****** and his team arrived on time and got straight to work. They worked quickly but didnt cut any corners. ****** ensured that every step of the process was executed perfectly, from the initial preparation to the final touches. Our driveway looks brand new, and weve already gotten several compliments from neighbors. The crew was professional, friendly, and left the area clean once they were done. We couldnt have asked for a better experience and will be recommending Black Tar to everyone we know.

Im very impressed with the work Black Tar did on our parking lot. Daman coordinated everything with great attention to detail, ensuring the job was done on time. A fantastic experience from start to finish!23. We reached out to Black Tar for a commercial parking lot project, and we were impressed by their professionalism. Daman, the project coordinator, was always in touch, keeping us updated on the timeline and what to expect. The team worked efficiently and completed the project on time, as promised. What stood out was the attention to detailthey addressed every issue we pointed out and made sure everything was perfect before wrapping up.
