They made you go through a hassle just to make an extra $40 from you. When I sent the request to cancel the service 5 business days before the month end, the rep ******* my request and kept asking why I wanted to cancel. I repeatedly said I don't accept credit card payments anymore and just don't need the machine, and I would like to cancel the account. She kept insisting that I leave the account open. I clearly stated on three occasions that I don't want it, I just want to cancel. After so much back and forth, we are now on the 10th day of the next month. Guess what? The new statement comes in with the monthly charges. I was told that if you cancel your service 7 days into a new month, you are charged for the monthly fee. I had to re-explain the situation to 3 reps again. All they said was, "I can assure you that the account is now closed; there will be no more charges." They don't seem to understand that I was calling to waive the monthly fee charged since I wanted to cancel 5 business days before the month end. They kept delaying my request and want to charge me for one more month. For $40, they play games with you and keep repeating that the account is now closed, and you will not get further charges. They ignore your request to reverse the monthly charge because the account should've been canceled, if they didn't delay the process.Review from Sheeraz H

CPOS has been my provider for 4 years. ************* has been solid. The staff are receptive to requests and have on more then 1 occasion gone far above and beyond. I love my potnt C device and the 5G service make the best mobile solution.CPOS Inc. Response

Highly recommend CPOS! They went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue with Elavon with incredible efficiency.
