Terrible experience Illegal safety done They safetied vehicle with no horn, doors didn't open from inside Cleared check engine light just long enough for me to drive away.Started working with us agreed to pay over half of repairs and then representative one left that made agreement new one refused to honor agreement. Couldn't file within the year because we were waiting for them to replace engine as it was unusable. They failed to do so. So I was stuck. I was a single mom, they took advantage of me. Then cut all contact with you. Forcing me to reach out for help. These are my extenuating circumstances.

Terrible business call me tell me im approved not pre approved,approved. Sign document for car congratulations i was told get insurance for vehicle sign that contract just to be told sorry.your denied thats no way to do business

I got excellent service with *************** took real good care of me. Found me a beautiful Kia ********* The wait was long I was getting sceptical about the whole deal. I was ready to cancel everything! But at the end my vehicle is perfect and I am so happy I did this buy. I am absolutely regretting dealing with Drivetown Ottawa and *************************. I have a vehicle that I was given 6 months ago and the vehicle has stopped running. I haven't received my ownership since the car was dropped off. I was lied to and canny wait to return the vehicle. Do not deal with this dealership. You will regret it.

Worst vehicle buying experience I ever had! No aftersales customer service. Do not buy from this rude, dishonest and ignorant place!

3 days after purchasing a dodge Ram the vehicle would not start. They did absolutely nothing to help. I cant afford a new vehicle. Just an awful place.

A 2014 Dodge Charger they claimed has been reportedly inspected twice, and some failed / missing components replaced. / The car was missing the entire center console, the central-right AC vent module, the back seats were not fixed to the base of the car (I can just remove them effortlessly by hand). / The DriveTown Ottawa sticker on the trunk, which I delicately removed, was hiding a nasty dent, which the dealership went through a lot of craftsmanship to conceal from buyers... / we can see inside the trunk from outside the car even from a few feet of distance, there is no seal whatsoever. Rain and debris obviously make their way inside the trunk through the big cracks.The front flooring (which is a single piece that covers front, center and back) were warped, damp and stained with winter salt and other contaminants. When opening the trunk, we clearly see the interior trunk lights flashing in a police strobe pattern a sign that the car still receives a strobe signal from the cars module. / Wiring (and fuse boxes) have not been restored to stock settings. /Within 1 month of purchase, the cars battery failed and three burned air-conditioning relays needed to be replaced.Within 4 months of purchase, a transmission arm broke, the driveshaft failed / and the engines cylinders are accumulating oil fumes which clog the injectors and giving off bad idles and cold-starts. Symptoms of oil blow-by / For now, engine-cleaning additive does the job, but the engine block will eventually need to be replaced to remedy the issue completely.These problems (most) could have been forseen and observed if the vehicle had been properly inspected by PROFESSIONAL mechanics and esthetics staff.
