See the attached documentation. We want to register a complaint against BestCan for failing to perform work to meet Ontario building code. We also would like the complaint on file with *** due to the significant number of problems encountered and BestCan's failure to resolve them. ********** ******** *** ********* ** *** ****** ****** ***********************************************************Customer response

We received an email that you have not received a response from BestCan involved in the complaint.
BestCan contacted us and offered to reimburse us for the damaged hangers and faulty workmanship. It wasn't a pleasant discussion. They are in complete denial that they did anything wrong.
We picked up payment last Wednesday and signed a letter.
The whole thing really saddens us. This was a great company which we had used many times over the years without any issues on workmanship.
We have no confidence that a similar situation won't occur again given the attitude of the owner handling this over close to the past year.
Thanks for your help in this matter! It has been a very long and stressful problem that we are glad to finally see some closure, though we now have to get the work redone again.
