Registered my daughter two separate times for a week-long day camp with this facility, and I was not contacted directly that the camp was cancelled, and we arrived at the gate. The second time the week was cancelled, I contacted them via ******** messenger because I knew ahead of time that there is a lack of customer communication. I was told they had to cancel because not enough kids were registered. I had specifically registered my daughter weeks in advance so I would have child care so I could work; both times, I was without enough time to find someone to watch her, which resulted in missing multiple work days. When I booked the camp, there was no mention of no refunds for the day camp services (I have saved evidence from both ******** and the website). Instead, an offer to reschedule the camp or have her attend lessons, but I do not want to be put in the same situation again where I'm scrambling again and don't feel safe having my daughter attend this business with the lack of professionalism. I have requested my $250 back multiple times, and Darkin Riding Stables is not responding.
