We have been waiting for 4 months(May 14, 2022) for a garage door from Anchor Doors. At the beginning of August, 2022 we went to this place or business wondering where our garage doors is. They had no idea and told us they would phone us back - this business never phoned us back. Thus 3-4 days later we went in person to Anchor Doors and asked where our garage door was and they said that the door will be on the truck on Friday, August 19 or Monday, August 22 and will be installed on Wednesday, August 24, 2022. The lady said that if the door is not installed on Wednesday that she would not blame us if we wanted our money back. We wanted our money back on that day but decided to wait until the next week to see if the door will be installed. On Tuesday, August 23, we phoned them again to ask questions( if the garage door is in). They said they would phone us back ... no phone called back. Today, Wednesday, August 24, 2022,we asked for our deposit of $2800 back and they said "no" because the garage door is in production. They have lied to us on many occasions - the last 3 weeks - making excuses as to where the garage door was. At one point the lady at the business said that the door should of been in, in June! The manager, Amanda(?) told us she would not refund our money and said that she would "get back to us today" to inform us of what is happening - she was going to phone the manufacturer (again). It is 4:30 right now and they close at 5 p.m. - we will not get a phone call back. We also talked to someone named Tracey at the store. We would like our deposit of $2800 back and go somewhere else to get a garage door. It has been over 4 months now waiting for the door and with the business lying to us and making excuses we are done with them.
