Seemed polite and professional but hid final cost of refrigerator repair and overcharged for the initial visit which was to be credited $100.57 in the final cost. I asked to see the amount on phone and it was the correct amount. That is not the amount charged to my card. I was over billed by $100.57.Review from Eunice P

I had Joseph from this company come into assess my dryer. When he arrived he did not say his name or who he was with. I had to ask him if his name was Joseph and if he was there about the dryer. He had everything apart and assessed within about 6 minutes. He barely spoke and when he did talk to me, he spoke to me like I was 5 years old. I asked a couple of questions and got vague answers. He said that I needed a repair kit @$78.56 and also 2motor pulleys @$102.52 apiece for a total of $310.89. I questioned him about the drum belt because it was frayed and then he said I could probably use one. While he was finishing his quote I was cleaning up some lint that was at the bottom of my dryer and he quickly jumped up and unplugged the dryer. Who doesn't unplug an appliance before starting to work on it. Very displeased with this company. We paid our bill of $143.19 for him to come and do this. The next day I get a text from them telling me to pay my bill! ** ******* looked up these parts on ****** the next day and we can get our parts for $21 plus tax. *** *** ******* *** Big difference! I had booked a service repair with this company. The technician did not show up within the timeframe that I had selected. I got a call from the technician 20 minutes after the timeframe had passed and told me that they were running late and wouldn’t be able to make it that day. I was then charged for a no-show fee when I tried to dispute this with the company they were not reasonableReview from Maddie C

Worst customer service ever! ** *** *** ***** Technician came out and said he need 3 parts to repair fridge. I paid for parts and labour upfront. Took forever for technician to come back. Every time they would say they’re coming I would stay home and they never showed up. This happened at least 5-6 times. Zero respect for my time. When they finally came back they used one part and it still didn’t fix problem. I asked for refund for unused parts and to this day have not received a refund and fridge is still not working. The most frustrating people I’ve ever dealt with.Review from Romeo M

** *** *** **** ******** ** ** *** **** ***** Technician, RAHMAN, for dryer repair for this company was supposed to come and repair our dryer. Technician came on Saturday October 5th and replaced some parts and told us not to start the dryer for an hour. We did not turn the dryer on until the evening hours after the repair. The dryer was not noisy anymore but it did not work at all. It did not dry our clothes. We called the technician again and he came back today. He did his “check” and said more parts are required and wanted to charge another $600. We told him to refund the initial repair amount of $472 and just deduct the service fee. He did not want to do it. We said we’ll contact the company. He said he “owns” the company and just literally ran away from us. My husband tried to chase him. We called the company and this technician is not an “owner.” Technician gave a verbal 3-month warranty on service but did not deliver on anything. We are now disputing this transaction and want to cancel it as company did not deliver the service we paid for. UPDATE: We called the company and they keep dropping the call from my number that was registered on their file. So my wife called instead from my phone. ****** ****** ** ********* ****** ******* ******* Initial response was very prompt. Technician was out to our house within 48 hours. Diagnosed the dishwasher issue as needing a new circulation motor. We did not hear back from the technician for over 2 weeks despite paying a deposit of $750.86. I reached out to the technician, Shawn, *** ** **** ** ** *** *** ******* **** **** *** *****. Thankfully he did return to finish the repair within a week. When he did show up, he did not have the right clamp size. We provided the clamps for Shawn to finish the job. After the job was completed we noticed the dishwasher was reinstalled crooked, the cabinet was scratched and the power light no longer functions. Despite multiple emails the company refuses to respond. We have made countless calls and the company is screening the calls. Appliance Repair Expert ** ******* ******* ** *** * **** ******* *** ** * *** ** ****** * ****** ******* *** ** ********* ***** The dispatcher that quoted me assured me of a set price of how much the job would be that I wanted them to do. When the technician came he was doing other things I didn't want just so I could be charged more money than what the job was worth. My washer was never broken I just want them to pull out a string from beneath spindle. The company charged me full price for something that was never broken. When I called them on it the company was suppose to have a manager discuss the situation and they weren't even courteous enough to return my phone call. When I called Appliance Repair back the company hung up on me. Avoid this group at all costs. They broke our glass stovetop and have refused to take responsibility or offer any compensation for the damage. Completely unprofessional and one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. I would give them zero stars if I could. Here is the experience… My ***** **** September 8th **** *** ****** ** **** ** * I called for repair service for our stove which had a broken power potentiometer, a repairman was scheduled to fix it on Aug 16. • Aug 16 – Repairman Tom did not arrive within the agreed upon scheduled window. I got a call later apologizing for the missed call. We rescheduled for Aug 19. • Aug 19 – Repairman Tom pulled out the stove and broke the stove top in the process. The repair to the potentiometer was made. Tom said he was going to get back to me within the next day or two to repair the stove top glass that he broke; No call was received from Tom. • Aug 22 – I called your office, was told that he would get Tom to call me back; No call was received from Tom. • Aug 28 – I called your office, spoke to Benjamin to complain about the lack of movement to replace the broken glass stove top at your cost. Benjamin said he would investigate and call me back. I asked that my case be escalated to the manager, which is you Mr. *****, Benjamin said he would forward our case; No call was received from Tom or Benjamin. No call was received from you either Mr. Smith. • Aug 29 – I called Tom, he said he was sourcing the parts and would get back to me in the next day or two; No call was received from Tom, Benjamin or from you either Mr. *****. • Sept 5 – Called Tom this morning, he did not pick up the call. I am done chasing your company to replace the glass stove top your serviceman broke.
