They use smoke and mirrors advertisements in order to portray themselves as a trustworthy company. ******************************************d when you are in a claim it is hollow promises and a betrayal of the system. Morison left me fighting to prove alone that I was not the criminal. The broker I started with 28 yrs ago in my small town understood providing for my unique individual needs. The individuals working as my reps had leadership and integrity. I never expected this well run company would morph into the conglomerate that Morison is today. My 14 year old vehicle was stolen, I had to start a claim with ******. It has been a nightmare. All the things revealed like 3rd party claims agents who could not organize a rental. The truck was found after 4 days of stunt driving, evading police, then it was abandoned.
It's been a 9 mos battle. The stolen truck is still MTO designated undrive-able as it sits in the auto shop. The vehicle was poorly assessed and partially fixed when I was told by Morison to trust the process, it would be written off. Now I am forced to prove my vehicle is unsafe. To fight ****** without Morisons help.
They advertise that they are a broker that wants to meet your needs.. There is no broker avenue to advocate for the customer. They are taught to sell insurance. They are not made wise about the policies and how they affect the human. You buy insurance through a broker, their sole goal is financial. Previously, Insurance companies were led by leadership and integrity. The representatives aren't trained to support the true human needs in relation to Insurance.
Insurance wise people at Morison and other companies witnessed how my claim took a right turn and many of the OAP-1 policies were broken. Morison still could not advocate yet they still sold auto policies with ******. Morison would literally tell me how ************ these big companies are with customer service but they still enabled them by continuing to sell their products.
