      Purchased 3 ****** ***** candles during their 2021 Black Friday sale. Finally finished the third candle. No ring in any of the candle. I contacted the company in February of 2022 about the first candle. They shipped a ring out. I was so put off. I didn't bother burning the other ones until now. I feel it's too late to complain again. But wanted others to know. ***** ***** **** ******

      *** ***** ******* ****. My order never arrived and they refused to give me a refund. So I filEd a dispute with my bank. About 2 weeks after I filed the dispute with my bank, I get an email from their customer service team (Pauline), bribing me to drop the dispute. I declined because they should have refunded me in the first place and I feel safer with my bank (Especially after reading all these negative reviews!) After that my bank notified me that my claim was denied, so I took it upon myself to prove my case.       ***** **** *** ***** ******** ******* ***** After ordering several orders adding up to almost $400 before tax in under 3 mns. I tried using "their" so called Thank you discount code. It wouldn't work. The cs rep I got was ** **** ***** telling me not only did I have to send a pic of the card. She then tells me I have to send pics of the multiple Thank you card( I did everything she asked) she says I will send you an email with the discount attached. After I send the order through. She charged me SHIPPING $13.99 the ****** discount was $10. I emailed saying I will take a credit. For the mistake. She once again says NO it's NOT a mistake. The Thank you is NO thank you. The rings are $5-10 at any pawn shop and the only reason to order is the surprise but after 2 wrong sized rings being sent ( my fault of course) a smashed bomb( they replaced) *** ***** *** * **** **** *********** **** ***** ** ** *** ***** ********** * **** ***** ***** ***** **** ******** * **** ** ******** ******** * **** ** **** ***** ***** * ***** ****** **** ***** ******* ***** ********* ** ******* **** ******** *** ********* ** ********* **** **** ********** **** *********  P.S. good luck getting a supervisor. I asked on a few occasions and got Nowhere.

      Purchased a ****** candle only for the cheap jewelry to break before it could even be worn once. Contacted customer care immediately to be told they'd replace....great until almost 2 months later and I'm told that specific ****** candle is no longer available to replace the jewelry with. Theu have offered other replacement jewelry. None of which is ****** which I paid extra for this ****** candle for. When given option to pick they% refuse to send pictures of what jewelry is being offered as replacement. Takes days to get responses back from customer care. Definitely will never be buying from this company again as they don't stand behind their products or offer replacements when things go wrong of the same value.

      I just opened the huddlepuff ring for the bath bomb absolutely beautiful and the exact one I wanted I’m actually going to add garnet stones to the design around the ring can’t wait to get it done this way iit makes more unique to Me or maybe I’ll go citrine haven’t decided yet

      I bought 3 candles, a couple bath bombs and a bunch of whipped soaps. I received a couple free rings as a promotion at the time due to order size. Some of the items appraised at $60. If I was buying the rings on its own, I wouldn’t pay more than $5 for it so not sure where the $60 comes from. The candles smell wonderful. Unfortunately, they apparently gave me a wrong candle and when I took the ring out it was a size 5 instead of a size 9. I ordered 2 candles with “stackable” rings but instead got one stackable ring candle and one dainty ring candle. I contacted customer service but they are asking me to send a photo of the packing invoice and the label on the box. I received this order before Christmas so don’t have the box or any packing slip. I gave 2 stars because the candles do smell nice.

      I've been a fan of charmed aroma for a long time. What got me hooked at the beginning was the chance to win a real diamond ring. At some point along the way they got rid of that. Well, at least their products were of good quality, nice smelling bath bombs that leave your skin soft and fragrant with sterling silver (925 stamp) jewelry in them. Recently, I've noticed a drop in quality of their products, the bath bomb I got as a gift had no scent, it doesn't leave your skin feeling soft anymore and the jewelry had no stamp. I've also noticed the wording in the description has changed. It used to state there was a sterling silver jewelry with Swarovski crystals. Now it just says "silver jewelry". Look closely everyone, the product and jewelry quality has changed. But the price has been increasing! Bath bombs used to be $8-16 dollars, now it's $14-$20+. They used to have contests and free giveaways too. What a shame.

      I ordered $260 worth of merchandise on Black Friday my order was probably never even shipped out someone was in contact with me after Christmas and told me they could not locate my address it was incomplete so I provided them with an address that I had ordered from previously that works and by then they had already got rid of my order and at that point never told me had me re-pay for shipping for the new address and then three days later informed me that my order was all out of stock and that they would send me a gift card and replace I was a little upset I did not want to gift card if product was not going to be delivered in any shape or form I wanted a reimbursement on my ********** and at that point after being in contact with the company numerous times through emails they deleted my account And they are refusing to acknowledge my order in the first place very upset don’t know how to get my money back or at least get some product sent out to me regardless of what it is

      No phone service. Getting a hold of a representative can take days, if not weeks because it's based solely on email and messaging. Ordered a package mid-November for Christmas. Four days before Christmas and my package is still not here. I have emailed and messaged every week to find out what is going on and what they plan on doing. Only one person responded and offered a e-gift certificate as a refund. First, that package was filled with Christmas gifts that I can not afford to replace. Two, why would I want to continue doing business with a company that you can not contact and who fails so miserably at the simplest of tasks? I have been a customer for years but I am going back to ******** ******. I have emails and messages proving their lack of care and customer service. I've never been treated so poorly by a company for no reason. All I have done is be a loyal customer and try and get my gifts for my family. It would have just taken a simple apology and either a fast shipping with maybe a condolence e-gift certificate (like I do with my business when I mess up), or my money back.
