I met with Camille L****, the owner, almost one year ago to discuss a custom, virgin Euro hair topper. She suggested two toppers which she would make in tandem to alternate between the two to extend the life of the toppers. I paid her $9,000 for two. I was told one would be ready in four weeks. Almost 6 months later, and a lot of texts *** *******, I finally received ONE. I have still not received the second piece. After almost 6 months of promises, delays and more promises and delays **** ********** *** **** ****** ** ** *** *** ***** ** *** ******* * ******* **** *** **** ****** * ******* *** ****** * **** ***** ***** *********** ** *** * ******* She agreed to refund me the cost of the second piece. I am still awaiting a refund. ********** *** ****** ****** **** *** ***** *** *** *** **** ** ** *********** * ** ********** **** ***** ******* ***** *** ***** ********* *** **** *** *** **** ********** **** ******* ****** **** *** ***** ****** ****** ***** ****** *** ******** ******** **** ****** I have receipts of the two payments to Camille, bank e-transfer payments and also screen shots of the many texts since March, 2023.Business response

In her comments she text me saying I can mail the piece then this was cancelled. I do not need any issue with her personally so I prefer if the piece was mailed to her as she suggested in the beginning then cancelled. *** ******* ****** ********* **** * ******** *** *** ***** ** *** ******* *** ********* Noted, the first piece she received, there was no comments about the quality or the workmanship ** ** **** **** **** * ***** **** At Hair And Wigs Inc we try to please each and every customer, ******* **** ******** **** **** ******* *** **** ***** ** * **** ********* *** ***** *** **** *** ******** ***** *** ***** ** *** ***** *** ***** I was a bit hesitant to do this job. This customer has made over 5 changes to the order and we did it ,at no extra charges. If this customer would like to conclude this we would need a third party involved so this piece can be delivered to her with no further issues.Customer response
