Inquired about Pool March 29th-Via Messenger, saw on Facebook Pools for Sale. -He sent me Pictures of Pool -I asked when he could install he mentioned 2021-05, sent prices with pictures. April 27th -I think reached out again, asking for a Time Frame he gave: Mid June. April 28th -I asked what does he require for payment? -I mentioned we were looking at a 12, he responded that he'll have them in May -He said he would take 30% down July 09 -We were finally ready to go ahead. -He mentioned he has a 12'but not a 15' July 11 -I asked how can we pay for this Pool? no response July 12th I wrote him about removing a tree stump to have the pool fit July 14th -I asked to where I can send the money, to hold a spot -He said the week after he'll be able to do the Pool -He said he'll send an inovie.-never got it July 16th -I asked for the invoive He said he'd come and see about the room, to put the pool, never showed. July 17th -asked if he'd stop by or a date he would. July 30th- You were suppose to come to install. Never showed. Didn't even get an invoice at this point. Aug 04-I got so tired of waiting, I decided to cancel it, until next year. STILL NO INVOICE Aug 05th -was our of Pipe to do the job Aug 06th -Asked for the inovice -said he'd send it, never did Aug 09th -Said he'd send the invoice, never did -Said he'd show up at the house, never did Aug 10th -Asked if he's still coming Aug 13th -Said prices will go up in 2022, if I wanted to reserve the Pool now he'd honour the 2021 rate. -Told me $2500 for a deposit, by etransfer -Said he'd send an invoice Aug 14th -Said he'd send the invoice-he finally had -Sent the etransfer -said we'll be first on his list in Spring 2022. -AT THIS POINT HE NEVER EVEN SAW IF THE 15' WOULD FIT. HE NEVER CAME TO THE HOUSE. Aug 15th -Said he'd stop by Sept 07th -STILL NEVER STOPPED BY -Said he'll show up before the Weekend. not enough room..copied my notes in Upload docBusiness response

Customer bought a 15’ pool in aug 21 when we were ready for installation she dind’t had the permit a week later she ask me if i can keep the pool for her till spring i went at her place and told her that she would have to backfill because it would be unsafe she should go with a 12’ she never got back to me over the winter in may 22 she decided to go whith a 18’ and will install it on the other side of the property.a week later she change her mind on the heater from a heat pump to a gas heater,2 day after still in may she change her mind on the ladder from a deck ladder to a security ladder due that she wont make a deck she got her permit on 1st june 2022 to be able to install the pool june she told me by writing that she would go with someone else for the pool that she wants her deposit back the day after she said because of the bad weather she would by a pool from walmart instead Friday the 22 june her husband text me he will pick up the pool on Saturday 25 at 10 am he will pick up the 15’ pool i had it all ready for him but never showed up he kept harassing me on the phone and telling some stupidity always on unknown caller till police tell him to quit To me i think that i did more than anough to satisfied that customer i m in that business for over 45years and i never had a customer like that ThanksCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I want my money back. I have three people willing to testify you’ve done it to them as well. You are bad at Business and would never buy anything from you. Customers are allowed to change their mind. I have more than proof that what you’re writing as a response is a lie. Nice try.

I am rejecting this response because:none of what you are writing matters. You can’t keep somebody’s money, when they don’t want your service anymore. We don’t want to deal with you, and we’ve addressed this many times. You cannot keep somebody’s money when you haven’t done anything!! You have no right! And we’ll take this matter to court and let a judge decide. Too much work has been invested at this time, for me to even accept $2500, it will be much more than that. You had your chance to give the money back.
