      ~ October 10, 2022:  I paid $57.49 for an item named SMOK *** ** on line to VapeLoft.ca.  ~ October 17, 2022:  I received it. ~ October 28, 2022:  I wrote to *****@********.com explaining the damaged condition of the item and requested that they should send me a new one and pay for the return postage for the damaged one to return to them.  They did not reply. I sent several more emails but they did not reply for days. ~ Nov 3, 2002: I sent information through their website. ~ Nov 4, 2022:  I received a reply, finally. ~ Nov 10, 2022: They asked me to describe the damage and take photos of them. ~ Nov 10, 2022: I sent an email describing the damages and sent many photos of the damages. ~ Nov 25, 2022: They gave me credit to order the same item from their web site for free but wanted me to pay $20.00 for shipping.  I could not accept this. ~ Dec 2, 2022:  I emailed them asking AGAIN to ship the item to me without doing it through their website because I am asked to pay $20.00 for shipping. ~ December 16, 2022  I received nothing, and sent them one last email asking them to reimburse me. ~ December 18, 2022  received an email indicating that they will reimburse me. ~ Today, December 22, 2022 and I received nothing.   ~ They promise but they play for time as they did for weeks and months.  In their last email they act as they are doing a favor to me, saying that I let them know after 30 days limit: 1-) I received the item on October 17, 2022      I sent email asking for a new item on October 28, 2022                                 That is only 11 days 2.) If time limit was passed why they made me promise after promise to send me a new item or reimburse me? I need my refund of $57.49
