I ordered products from Canadian Protein and a service called "route insurance" is automatically added to the bill.I noticed it, cancelled the order and reordered it thinking I was able to deselect that "service". I got charged for it anyway because as I later found out, you have to deselect it from each product individually rather than the order as a whole.Asumming the client needs insurance protection for a delivery is a predatory business model only designed to increase income without the consent of the client. This complaint is designed to inform the company that dressing up greed as a service is not something the client wants. **************** wrote back from my complaint:"Many customers enjoy this option..."If many customers enjoy it then they can select it like they did the other products they added to their basket.Canadian Protein's check-out model should seek clear client approved consent for this charge rather than a$$ume the client wishes to pay for it.

I ordered 2 bags of their protein product from this company. On Feb. 21st I received an email that the items had indeed been shipped. As I still had not received the items and their business is only approximately a 3 hr drive from me after 7 days I emailed them inquiring as to why when I checked the ***** tracking number that it just indicated that a shipping label had been created. They at that point said it now - as they have just moved to a larger warehouse - can take up to 9 business days for items to ship. This despite the fact I had received an email indicating the items had already been shipped 6-7 days prior. They said they could not issue me a refund despite the fact the items had not left their warehouse yet and that I would have to return the items to the warehouse after receiving them, and once at the warehouse at some point they would issue me a refund. This is a stall tactic and unfair and unreasonable to the consumer.

On 17 Dec 2023, I placed an order for $201.65 with Canadian Protein. On 20 December, I received notification saying it was delivered. It was not delivered. I contacted *********** and they *********** was the vendors responsibility to manage the delivery; they could file a claim if they wanted. Canadian Protein has refused to take any action and has completely stonewalled me. This seems to have occurred to others as well. This company needs to take responsibility when they lose a product rather than inexplicably blaming the customer. I will not accept any resolution short of receiving the product I ordered or receiving a refund.

I've been a customer for a long time with no problems, until recently when I had to deal with their customer service. It was one of the most infuriating experiences. One of the products I received was damaged and tasted absolutely disgusting. So, I returned it and asked for a refund. They to deny my refund, stating that they'd never had any issues with damaged products. And they accused me of lying just because I tasted the protein. This whole ordeal was over a few dollars! Now I'm left without my money and without the protein I bought. I will NEVER buy from them again!

I placed an order for over $300 on July 26 2023. It is now a week later and the order still has not been fulfilled. I have attempted to contact the company several times via email and still no response , their phone number directs you to go to their website which is INSANE, you should be able to talk to a human. I've never had this issue before so I do not understand the hold up.

I placed an order on August 25th, 2022 for $62.12. I live in Ontario. and based on this company's website it takes 1-2 days to deliver. Today is September 14th, 2022, and I haven't received my order. I contacted customer service and they supposedly send a replacement (this was on September 2nd, 2022) which again, I never received. Since then I have contacted them several times requesting a refund but I've been ignored. They also decided to stop replying to my messages. On the website, it also shows that they "fulfilled" my order which is not true.

I placed order #****** on the Canadian Protein website on March 12 (Attachment P1). At the same time, I subscribed to both products. When I received this order, it was two products together. I thought I only made one subscription, and this one subscription contains 2 products. But then, I only received one of the products. And Canadian Protein charged the postage without consultation (Attachment P2+P3). I have tried contacting Canadian Protein, but their office phone number is not working at all. Online customer service is the automatic reply of the machine. I tried to send several emails, but I didn't get a reply until recently (Attachment P4+P5) One agent of their customer service, ******, responded to my question by email (Attachment P6+P7). She only explained that I have 2 different subscriptions. She didn't answer anything else and turned a blind eye to my request. (Question 1: Why can't Canadian Protein send my product together and charges extra for postage? Request 1: A valid official phone number for direct contact. Request 2: Cancel subscription immediately. According to their policy, I can cancel my subscription after 3 orders. ****** didn't cancel it for me.) I read the regulations before and didn't find that Canadian Protein has made a special statement: a product is a subscription; each product can only be sent one item at a time. Now I look up their official website, but there is no relevant content (Attachment P8). Given the circumstances, I would like Canadian Protein to cancel all my subscriptions immediately and refund the postage. ***************************************************************** ****************************

I have just opened a tub of supplements called **** from Canadianprotein.ca which expires on July 2022. I purchased many over a period of few months and this was the last of it and as I cycle my supplements it was time to open this last tub. Inside and around the rim I found what appeared to be product that has gone bad, possibly moldy too formed into a solid mass from original powder. All other tubs were fine except this one and all were kept in cool, dry, dark cabinet. I spent 49.99 plus taxes and the company refuses to reimburse me for the damaged product that has expire date of 07/22. I was told the item did not qualify for a refund. Their policy states you have to open your products within 48 hours. Do they sincerely expect customers to open all of their many many buckets, expose them to oxygen so that they expire faster even though you won't need to open them for months since you can't eat them all at once. This is Ludacris. I request a refund. They cannot dictate when I open the product. Expiry date printed on the item is still valid. Product is no longer safe to consume by the look of it thus I request a refund.
