On Wednesday May18,2022, I dropped my 2008 Honda accord off to have some suspension work done. I had it looked at by ******** automotive services a week before and i was informed that the car needed two outer tie rods, upper ball joint on the passenger side, lower ball joint on the drivers side, back and front sway bar linkage. my car was supposed to be done by 2 pm on that same Wednesday, i received a call from the mechanic Bud saying that the car wasn't done as of yet and i could pick it up the following day at 2 pm, when i went out to pickup my car, i found out that the work i dropped it off to get done was not completed, all that was replaced was the two tie rod ends and one ball joint. Then Bud proceeded to inform me that he had to replace the rotors, calipers,and brakes on the back of my car, so my car was not fixed, he charged me $1500.00 no receipt, i asked for a print out of what was done and he informed me he didn't have to give me one. I took my car out to get it aligned and found out that the new parts that were put on were not greased as they should of been to keep them from seizing up. I did not need the back rotors calipers or brakes replace I had new ones put on in Nov, 2021. I just wanted my car to get the parts put on that it needed, not extra parts to cost me a fortune , so my car is still making the sounds it was when i dropped it off, so he basically the work i dropped it off for was not completed. I did call back on that Thursday afternoon to tell him that the car was still making the same sound it was when i dropped it off, i was then informed that i could take it back out this Wednesday to have the car looked at again and he would put the parts on that were supposed to be replaced, and we would talk price. I don't feel he was honest and i don't feel that i was treated fairly, i was taken advantage of because I don't know a whole lot about cars, regardless of what I do or don't know about cars, it was dropped off to get certain work done.Business response

to whom it may concern
i reached out to tayna a week ago she made a few appointments but could not make them she is to come in on friday june 3 to address the squeaking issue
