Reza and his team (Gwynn and Steve) did an excellent job on my covered deck! They kept me informed throughout the project and were incredibly easy to deal with. Reza’s investments into communities is admirable and I’m so glad to have been able to work with Creek Construction.

I am very pleased to give Creek Construction this review on our second floor renovation. Reza and his team met and exceeded all expectations from beginning to end of the. The main project was the master en-suite (complete gut),however, every room upstairs had work done. The ceilings were scraped and painted, new paint, window casings and baseboards throughout, custom vanities in both bathrooms, crown moulding, custom doors throughout entire house, new front door and side-light, barn door, new windows, and more. There were multiple in-person meetings and phone calls throughout the process to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted. 3D drawings were done giving me structural design options to choose from. Reza and Tracy, Creek’s interior designer, went shopping with me to choose materials and came to our home again to look at samples. I did not expect that. Prior to anyone coming over to work Reza texted me to let me know. No surprises! The end result is beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the excellent craftsmanship of all Reza's staff and sub-contractors. An excellent result is enough in and of itself. As impressed as I am with that, I am even more impressed with the culture of Creek Construction. Any organization's culture starts at the top. Reza is a great human being, one of the finest I've met. He fosters a culture of excellence, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusivity, hard work, caring and compassion which he and all his crew exemplify. Numerous people were involved in our reno and I can't name them all, but I would be remiss if I didn't give a big thanks and shout-out to Reza, Tracy, Olivia, Abbass, Dennis, Safi, Aivers, Brad 1, Brad 2, Brad's Dad and Brian. I highly recommend Creek Construction for all your renovation needs. You won't be disappointed. We are having them back when the weather warms up to do some outside work to our home. Six’ish months ago we contacted a couple of local business’ to inquire into the feasibility of getting our existing basement (1950’s house) demoed and redone. In the end we went with Creek Construction and could not be happier with the results. Even though we had numerous surprises throughout the project, ranging from cracking in the foundation wall & to a quagmire of old electrical/plumbing lines, we were treated well and consistently informed about the status of our basement. Whenever we had questions or concerns Reza, owner of Creek Construction, would either respond to our texts within an hour or two or be able to swing by and talk to us in person. The crew of Creek Construction worked hard, did things correctly and turned an old basement into a beautiful and usable section of the home. Thank you very much for working with us on this project!

Working with Reza and his team was nothing less than AMAZING! I will start by saying my husband and I had been planning, discussing, putting off and replanning our renovation for a little under 10 years. We had discussions with other contractors in that time span and the feeling just wasn't right. We were told anything from our plan wouldn't work due to the age of the house and we were too rigid in our hopes for our home and finally the kicker we needed to do the whole main floor (which was out of our budget) or there was no point in starting. After our first meeting with Reza we knew that this was the company for us. It just felt right! We were met with excitement for the plans and told of all the possible worst case scenarios that could happen. Reza worked with us and gave us options on where to start and stop our main floor reno and all the realistic pricing that came along with each scenario based on our budget. The communication with Reza and his team was amazing! I was never made to feel stupid for asking any questions (and I had a lot), they always answered my questions and educated us, making us feel empowered in all of our decisions. Reza' team is nothing but professional and the outsourced companies they work with are very much the same. Special thank you to all of the team members who contributed to our renovation, especially "my best friend" who worked tirelessly to make the dream come true.

From our very first call and meeting with him, we knew immediately that we wanted to proceed with Creek Construction. Reza is honest, a respected member of the community, friendly, efficient, a perfectionist and his ultimate goal is making sure his customers are left happy. His quotes were very fair, and we got good quality workmanship and materials in return. Communication with Reza was so easy and he responded immediately every single time, regardless if it was a call or a text. He always answered our questions and explained things so well. We have nothing but great things to say about Reza’s team. Every single team member is skilled in their trade and such professionals. They are so respectful, friendly, super nice, helpful, and efficient. These guys were so great that we were comfortable letting them in and out of our house, even during the three weeks we were away on vacation. They all have a great working relationship and utmost respect for Reza and have worked with him for years. Thank you Dennis, Safi, Carlos, Ryan, Jess, Aivers, Brad, Jaimie, and all others. We really enjoyed getting to know you all. Last but not least, we wanted to thank Tracy, who really helped us with all our design ideas. She is extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what we had in mind. We proceeded with all her ideas and advice and were very grateful for her input. She was also super nice and friendly. We got to know Reza, his story (an immigrant success story!) and about his family so well, we now consider him a friend. Our entire construction process was seamless, stress-free, and worth the wait from start to finish. THANK YOU Reza and team. We will recommend you guys (and already have) in a heartbeat to anyone.

My wife, Léa and I have had some incredibly frustrating experiences with some local construction companies on several home improvement projects. Creek Construction has not only given us a beautiful finished basement and helped us to reclaim our home, they have renewed our faith in contractors. Our 100-year old house was treated with respect, and every single question we had from our initial visit with Reza to the final walk through was answered promptly, politely, and expertly. (Reza even answered questions on evenings and weekends!) Reza and every single tradesperson on this big project who walked through the door were kind and efficient, consistently going above and beyond our expectations to deliver us a project on budget and on time. We received helpful reports along the way (as if we didn’t excitedly look at the progress in the basement at the end of every workday haha). Reza not only delivered a superior product, we learned how often Creek Construction donates to charities and organizations close to our hearts. Throughout the process, we even learned of random acts of kindness that Reza performed coincidentally from one of my own coworkers (he helped deliver an appliance when she was stuck at Home Depot and refused to take payment, she had just remembered the company name and his description and when I mentioned they were doing the work for us she remembered this experience.) All of this speaks highly of Reza and co’s characters, work ethic, and intentions. This company not only does incredible work, but they truly care about the community they do business in. My wife and I cannot recommend Creek Construction enough. They’ve earned our trust for every future project, and they’ve inspired us to be better people in the process — something we’d never expect in getting a renovation done. Thank you, Reza. I can’t recommend Creek Construction enough. Reza and his team were professional at all times and were excellent at communicating where they were in the renovation process. Reza was amazing at working within our timeline and budget. We will be using Creek again for our next reno.

I highly recommend Creek Construction! This company recently replaced all of my ancient windows and doors. In March I contacted Reza about my project. He provided me with pictures and options and from there we were off and running. The windows and doors were ordered to replace the exact size of the existing windows. The windows arrived in the time frame he had told me & he quickly had contractors in to do the work. In a few days I went from old to new & I am so pleased. The contractors were friendly & courteous. They went the extra mile & re installed my old blinds so that I wasn't without window coverings over the weekend. I am a senior and so appreciated how stress free this whole project has been. A great big THANK YOU to Creek Construction. They will be my go to for any future projects I have!

We highly recommend Creek Construction! They are a long-standing local company with a great reputation. We contracted Reza in early January 2023 to complete a full basement renovation. Work started in early March and was completed before the end of April. We were extremely happy with the quality of work, service, timelines, communication, and price.
