As a BBB Accredited Business, you aligned your brand with trust.

To help further increase your company’s visibility, we provide the opportunity to showcase your business on BBB.org's online directory in your selected business categories. Not only will you stand out as an Accredited Business, but you will also be adding logo recognition and preferred placement to your listings.

Enhanced listings. Designed to highlight your business on BBB.org ahead of the pack in your category, only a limited number of Accredited Businesses can be featured at the top of each business category.

Display listings. Designed to showcase your brand alongside our directory listing in your category, businesses can target users searching for their business category.

In 2023, our site had 3,157,145 page views.

Business Profiles alone received 512,332 views from people in our six-county service area.

Enhanced listings

Each enhanced listing will be tied to a primary category but will also appear in 4 additional sub-categories of your choice.

All enhanced listings receive a complimentary logo listing. Your logo will appear on your listing in EVERY category your business is listed under.

Annual and six month contracts are available.

Display ads provide exclusive placement of your business logo, banner and video (where applicable) throughout BBB.org.

All digital listings receive a complimentary logo listing. Your logo will appear on your listing in EVERY category your business is listed under.

Annual and six-month contracts are available. Creative services are included.

BBB Akron offers Google Display and YouTube Video Ad services for Accredited Businesses.

Google display ads

Google display ads will be created with your logo, images of your products or service (or industry stock photography) and text from your website and/or BBB Business Profile.

We target consumers whose search history shows an interest in the products or services that your company offers. The traffic from your goes straight to your BBB Business Profile.

The ad creation and ad management is at no additional cost.

YouTube video ads

Boost your brand with a 30 - 60 commercial that can appear as skippable in-stream, in-feed, and Shorts ads on YouTube.

Businesses can provide their own pre-made videos and commercials or BBB can craft one using a pre-approved template. Businesses will have final approval of the commercial before it is published as an advertisment.
