Student of Integrity Scholarship Information
This marks the 20th anniversary of BBB’s launch of the Student of Integrity Scholarships program. BBB is so pleased to have built on the success of this program during those 19 years. The 1st year, 6 scholarships were awarded, and from there the program has steadily grown to awarding at least 10 annual scholarships.
We cherish our partnerships with our schools as well. We usually receive student entries to the competition from High Schools representing most of the 21 counties our BBB serves in SE TN and NW GA.
To be considered for the Student of Integrity Scholarships, each student is asked to provide an essay on the importance of ethics in business and our community. This is a critical piece of their entry – comprising half of their score. The judges also review each student’s involvement in community service, leadership opportunities, as well as academics.
BBB is extremely thankful for all the time and thought that the selected panel of judges provides for the review and selection of the entries.
