I ordered a rear axel back in January of this year. The price with shipping is $199.95 but they charged me double, $239.95 when I ordered and received only one. Their website advertises the price for an axel as about $113. I called their parts department and **** put me through to accounts payable but I was disconnected and it went right to their automated recordering. I called back, went to voicemail so I left a message and they still haven't called me back. So I tried for another department, told him the situation and instead of putting me through to accounts payable, he transferred me to parts **** and it's still going to voicemail.Business response

The order in question was called in and processed and paid via phone.
She was charged ****** for the item and ***** shipping & handling fee. Total ****** as agreed and the Invoice # ******** shows.
the "layaway" ticket she presents is an internal pick/pull ticket for the item only (NOT and Invoice) ) Just and internal memo ticket for the shipping dept. it is not a second charge.
I went over this with her on the phone on May 5th and she confirmed there was only one charge to her card.
We have discovered that the price on the web site is incorrect, however we will honor the web price at ******.
The difference between the ****** charge for the item and the listed price of ****** is a refund of 86.45
I tried to call her this morning, however phone goes to VM - so have also emailed her for the best time to call. The refund will be made to the same credit card originally charged ending **** when I am able to make contact with her.
