I am not liable for this debt with FAMILY SECURITY CREDIT UNION and do not have a contract with FAMILY SECURITY CREDIT UNION . They do not provide me with the orginial application like I asked.Business response

************** has a charged off share draft (checking) account with Family Security Credit Union. This account was charged off in April 2020. According to our collection notes, our collections department spoke with ************** on 4/29/2020 before charging the account off and he stated he was currently not working and unable to pay the negative balance. We also explained that payments could be made on the charged off balance once he started working again. No payments have been made since the share draft account was charged off. This is the reason the negative balance is still reflected on Mr. ****** credit report. ************** can contact Family Securitys ********************** with any questions.
