I had mold in my home in 2020. The adjuster sent SERVPRO out to my home. They charged $25,000 to fix the damage that was caused. I moved back in July of 2021 and moved backout the end of July 2021. The mold came back. The hygienist came back out and asked who came back to inspect the house. He did proper protocol on what needed to be removed. They then charged me another $28,000. Alfa paid SERVPRO but won't pay me to do the proper construction on my home. Alfa won't answer my phone calls neither will the secretary at the office. I have also left many voicemails stating who Iam along with my phone number. And still no contact from anyone. I need for this issue to be resolved.Business response
