I placed an [Order #*****] on (May 8, 2024) for ******'s Organic Cotton Textured Tights 2 pairs at $17.95 each. Shipping was $7.99 for 2 pairs. Total was $43.89. I received them and they smelled like mold and 1 pair were stained all over the tights and on the packaging. So I emailed them back to get a shipping label to return them. They provided the label. Tracking info #********************** and they received the return on Delivered, In/At Mailbox THENS, AL ***** May 20, 2024, 4:23 pm ***************************************************************************************** I assumed I would get a refund asap. NOPE. Got Paypal involved with this dispute. On the 27th the business decided to offer a refund of $18.95 and keep some of my money. I declined and stated I want my rightful amount of $21.95. Per there refund policy ****************************************************************** "Were not happy if you are not, so if you are not satisfied with an item you get from us, simply return it to us for exchange or refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority! Notes on returns. We ask that all non-defective items be kept in like new condition. As shipping is a cost that we cannot recover, we cannot refund it on non-defective items. We never charge you a return or restocking fee." So this item is defective so I should get my money back for the item plus my shipping according to their policy. NOPE. It is now 05/28/2024 and I am waiting Paypal to step in. This company is a scam and fraud. I left a negative ****** Review today to join their other 3 negative ****** Reviews. I hope this protects other buyers from their fraud company.Customer response

****** has closed the case I opened in my favor and I received my refund back from that scam company. The company would not take any action via Paypal either so they just ignore all attempts at customer service and resolve. So thank you BBB for your efforts. You may close this case. I appreciate your help with this.
