On May 16th of 2022 we contacted Whipple Construction, LLC (owner **** Whipple) about residing our home and putting up new gutters. On May 23 they started the project. The job was 90% completed and my wife paid **** Whipple the final and full payment for the amount and total of $16,800.00 on June 15th. I contacted **** the following day to be sure he was going to finish and he agreed to finish the job. After several back and forth text messages and phone calls we were told the job was completed on August 19th. On October 13th at 5:22pm I contacted **** Whipple to inform him we found some loose Vinyl and that we had Gutters leaking. **** said he would have someone out to fix both problems. Several text messages and phone call later we still do not have the problems repaired. On Dec 5th I send **** a video of one of the gutters leaking very badly. He called and said he would have someone come out. Still no one showed up. On Dec 30 I sent **** another video showing how the gutter were not fastened properly. He said he would get to it. Still no one has shown up. I have messaged **** several times. My last text message to **** was the 21st of February and I have not heard from anyone.
