I have never contacted this place of business in any way shape or form, yet they are constantly contacting me, to the verge of harassment, by text and phone calls.I have blocked all numbers they have contacted me through, but they just try from another number.STOP contacting me!!Business response

A different customer filled out a lead form with this customer's phone number. I have de-activated that lead and marked this number as "Do Not Call" within our system. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

We purchased a car on 07/23/2022 and on 08/23/22 it started overheating so ****** told us to take it to ****************** and we had it towed there. We got a call from them saying the car had damages to the radiator and engine that caused the damage and a bullet hole which they never told us about and has refused to repair the car after waiting 3 weeks to tell me this and ************************* up on me after telling me this. ******** told me to file it under my insurance but we didnt do this and Ive asked for a callback from Mr.Benton which I never got. We had the car less than a month when all this occurred and they stating they would send their technician to the dealership so they could show him everything they told me and it took them 3 weeks to do this meanwhile theyre promising me a rental which I never got so I had to miss dr **** due to this. I have text messages and voicemails saying theyre working to get this resolved but in the end were left with a car thats a lemon and no one is willing to help us . ******** told me they dont want the car back and they are insinuating they we did this damage. Were in total disbelief right now because weve never had to deal with anything like this and such rudeness. The salesman has blocked me on his cell phone which he told me to call him . We have spoke with several lawyers which wont take the case and even said its not a money making case for him. No one is trying to help us at this point.Business response

We have had his car inspected by both ******* and her insurance adjuster and both say since she has owned the car a bullet has caused the problem to her engine fell. We have communicated this to her that her insurance company needs to help her with this. There is nothing we can do. She has had this car for almost three months and there's no way it was done prior to purchase. After speaking to her insurance company it sounds like they don't want to stand behind her on this claim.Initial Complaint

Bought a tacoma about a month that was listed on their website as a trd (higher trim)but decided I wanted to trade it in but come to find out it's actually a sr (base trim). I called ****** and told them what I found out, they acknowledged that it was In fact a sr and that they had it listed wrong. I decided I didn't want the sr because I was solely looking for a trd so I asked if I could just bring it back in and get my trad in back. They agreed but want to charge me an additional $4k for a mistake they made. I have screenshots of the listing as a trd and they also put that it was a trd in my paperworkBusiness response
