      I was contacted by Maury **** today and they refused to tell me why they were calling without me giving them personal information. After seeing comments here they clearly are trying to contact me about a t-mobile debt that I do not owe. I am in the process of disputing this on my credit report and with t-mobile. I cancelled my account which I was only able to do after purchasing my phone. I never recieved any contact from t-mobile and they sent me to collections with an erroneous charge for hardware months later.

      This attorney is sending harassing collection notices on a matter that has already been resolved with the hospital in ******* several years ago (~3yrs). I am also getting calls that I do not answer.

      I had canceled my service with T-Mobile in January and ported out my numbers towards ******** I am no longer a customer of T-Mobile. T-Mobile is fraudulently charging me for a line that is not mine. All lines on my account should have been canceled due to transporting numbers. They did, not notify me of a bill that is due. ******** also did not notify me of an amount going to a collections agency. ******** would not provide me information since The address on file is not my address. I provided the last two addresses. I have been at which Ive been the only addresses I have lived at. They would not provide me with information. I have since sent a demand letter and have received no response

      I have never done business with this company I checked my credit report and it shows I owe ****** but they won't tell me what for I have never heard of this company and found fraud alerts on the Internet over this company and am trying to dispute the charges

      Maury **** has tried to collect a debt that I did not authorize or have any idea it was there. My dad has the same first and last name and Im not saying it is but maybe its his account because I never opened a T-Mobile account Im just not sure why its on there but I told them that and they just ignore me and continue to try and collect the debt. I need it removed from my credit.

      I can see by reading the BBB complaints on ***** **** that I am not the only one that this has happened to. On Oct 9th my Experian account showed a collection placed on my account dropping my credit score. The company that placed it was ******, which is in a neighboring town of *************** right outside **********. Makes me wonder if AMSHER and **** are working together. I called ****** and they advised that it was a collection sent to them by ***** ****. They gave me the number to the law office. I called and spoke with a *** at *******************. I was advised it was a ******* account. Haven't had tmobile in years. When she questioned me about the account neither the partial address she gave me (Never lived in that city) nor the birthdate were correct, but the last 4 of my SSN was, which leaves me scratching my head. They would not give me any more information and said I would have to file a police report and they would send a packet. Well, so far no packet. Can't file a police report due to there being no money stolen. I was able to get my credit report repaired as I am an Experian member. However, today I found out that I could go to *********** and file a report with the *** for cyber crimes. Which I did. I made sure to give them all of the information I had on both entities. I want a letter from ****** office that I this is NOT my debt and that it is no longer active and it has been closed for collection. Also, if it pops back on my credit, it will be their responsibility to pay for my credit repair and drop in my credit score. This is to include all three credit reporting agencies. It is insane that a company like this is allowed to continue hurting people this way. I have worked hard to maintain a clean credit report as many have and someone like this attorney can come along and ruin it. ***** ****, you need to use more due diligence in turning over collections before you cause people harm. I guess if need to I will drive up and hand them the proof. Only 3 hours away

      I received an email from Maury **** Attorney at ******* stating that I owe a balance to T-Mobile. The balance on this account is incorrect. I have been asking since March 13, 2024 for this to be corrected at it has not. I will not pay for services after the date of March 18, 2024, because my account was to be CLOSED. It never was. I have called, spoken online to staff, and visited two separate store locations all to have this issue resolved and no one seems to have done their jobs. Now, I'm having to deal with this email from **** Law which from what I am seeing online, is not a very reliable or trustworthy firm. I will not be sending money to this firm as the debt is horribly inaccurate. I want this debt to be corrected and for contact from **** Law to discontinue.
