Brighter Solutions, ***** ****** and ******* Solutions left my home worse than before they touched anything. They left exposed wires and were dishonest about the electrical work they completed. Additionally, they were dishonest regarding their credentials. When I tried to resolve the inept work, the owners blocked me from any communication. I highly warn anyone attempting to do business with this company or it's affiliates. This companys electrical residential work is very unprofessional. Company left exposed wires, old receptacles on the floor, and some of the units in other rooms have no power. Breakers keep tripping because one of the low current breakers was tied to the Heating and Air Unit. The company ever failed to label the panel box to indicate what breaker controlled. Also, last night the temperature was 80 degrees in the household. The ** unit was not working. Wires are exposed and there's no telling if they are hot. Extremely Dangerous. What if we had kids playing around. We have no internet because there is no power in certain rooms. There are elderly people living in the household, and heat exhaustion is very possible in this condition. We have Electric fans, but there is no power. When I contacted an associate at Bieber Electrical, I explained the entire situation. I was told that someone would show up within an hour. No one ever came. We paid a large financial amount l for this service and we are very angry and disappointed. I've attempted to contact the company several times, but it only goes to VM. At this time, we are forced to use multiple extension cards from limited sources to gain power where it's critically needed. Please share this message.Review from Lee B

Gave one star only because I had to give a star. Came and installed a few plugs at our church. We later found out a couple of them werent working and were connected to a light switch and we didnt know it until later. Thus means anything plugged in the plug only worked when the light was on. We have called ******* multiple times and left messages and have gotten no response or call back. Please dont use this company. Who misuses a church? They do. Had we seen reviews and not just went off of a recommendation, we would have NEVER used them. This seems like a pattern according to many reviews I have read.Review from Thomas M

Painted our entire home including walls, doors, trim and baseboards and did an amazing job. Everything looks great and they finished in a timely manner. Everyone was very nice and the owner ***** always made sure everything was going great. We will definitely use them again for our future projects.Review from Anna N

We had *******/Brighter solutions install two new bathroom vent fans for us in our old house. This required new holes in sheetrock, electrical work, new ductwork, and a new hole/vent hood put on the roof. ******* quoted ** 6hrs with two people for $1,200. He was prompt to respond to texts, showed up on time, and seemed to understand what the job entailed. But that is where the positives end. Day of, they completed the job in ~3hrs and left before reviewing the work with us. They still charged $1,200 (which would have been ok if they did a good and complete job). There were 3 glaring issues:1)Electrical on one of the vents did not work independently of the light. This may be an easy fix, but they should have noticed this before they left. 2)Singles were minimally overlayed on the vent hood. There were many gaps around the caulking of the vent. Shingles were damaged with install of hood.3)The vent fans were sloppily installed. The sheetrock was not repaired and the provided vent cover was not used because the holes made were not square/too big. Not only is this an eyesore, but this has led to hot air and insulation falling into the bathrooms from the attic. These may have been different than prior vents that they have installed but they saw the vents we had selected when they gave us the quote, and again before they began. I wouldve hoped they would have stopped and provided a different solution that they were familiar with or said they couldnt complete the job/asked for help. The owners/install manual was in the box. Additionally, we were readily available when they were doing the job.We reached out to them about concerns, they were willing to come back (though they cancelled on us an hour before they were supposed to be here, but said they could come the next day). When we listed our concerns and sent pictures they said the work they performed was up to code and that we would be hard pressed to find anyone [who could] have done it better.Brighter Solutions LLC Response

First, I'd like to mention that these clients are wonderful people and have done an amazing job with their home. Very nice and polite, could not ask for nicer folks to work for. Secondly, I do want to mention that we are not only open to, but we will at any time come by and correct the issue of the fan switch. That is an issue of nothing more than two minute fix. I do take responsibility for taking the line side from the wrong side of the other switch in the two gang box, causing the fan to only operate when the first with is in the on position. As for the vent on the roof, it was installed correctly. We purchased the appropriate sealant and used the whole tube under the roof vent, above it, and the s**** holes. We water checked it for leaks, and not only that it was done in the same fashion as every other vent on the roof. Including the one less than 18" in front of the one we installed. I do have a hard time understanding what the issue is pertaining to the roof vent, but we do want to insure that we give you as a client what you pay for and that we leave ya'll happy.The fans in the bathrooms have a permanently attached vent that you hook the vent duct to. You can not cut a square hole out exactly the same length a width as the fan. The vent will prevent you from ever getting it through the hole. You have to cut two parallel sides approx. 1/8'' to allow passthrough for the install. Otherwise, it will just tear the sheetrock to up which if that were to happen, it would come out of my pocket to fix. The fans come with trim to allow the installer to complete the install in this manner and covers up the extra allotted gap of approx. 1/8''. It just so happened that the style of fan that the home owner purchased sits a bit lower than flush with the ceiling. As far as the manual still being in the box, understand for a homeowner it may look like not so good of a thing. But let's be honest I've done this for 10 years my partners done this for 10 years that's two decades I could show you 20 buildings in ********** that are built or ran the whole entire job building. When you get a TV last time you bought one did you read the manual on how to turn it on with the remote? No cost for 20 years *** used a remote arm when you bought your last coffee maker did you read the manual? My point here is I probably put **** in those fans in and I understand that where that could worry a homeowner but I just wanna assure you that if we need to do anything that I didn't know how to do a reference the manual for sure because we always wanna make sure we do everything completely right.Also, we make sure to get there on time when we finished we cleaned everything up. There wasn'*************** of trash or insulation left. We wanted to leave their house in good shape we have pictures of the work we did, and to be honest, they would be hard-pressed to find anybody that was done as good of a job other than I will take responsibility for grabbing power from the wrong side of the other switching to gang box. Like I said, and that can be fixed anytime.I just don't understand though why we offered to come by and fix all this do all this they told us know they'll handle it. And then, after they told us that they will handle it I wake up to a BBB one star review. We weren't zero work for a whole entire year. Anything we do. You can't just tell us now don't come back and fix it, and then go take the ******** or get online and start just trash us that's not how this works this ridiculous and like I said we would come by and fix that into. Don't refuse that and then turn around and me wake up to this that's wrong and that's not fair and I have text and pictures from where we offered to go do this I have pictures of everything we did words done right. I mean, if you want to refuse us to come back, that's fine, but we have offered already, and I'm offering again to come fix the two minute fix that switch. I would like to purchase a different style of fan that's more soothing to your liking I might even entertain the possibility of us, swapping them out for y'all. Even after all this. When I don't have to do that, it's not my fault that you purchased a stylus and sits below recessed. But I'll probably still come out there and do all that just because I it's really important to me that our clients are satisfied and a lot of the work is word of mouth. So like I said, you're wonderful flight beautiful I'm sorry that you're not satisfied, but we have offered to come by and fix that issue with the switch Will always offer to fix something like that that was our fault. But I mean I do have pictures to work with you and if you can if you wanna post them go ahead and post some pictures of anything besides a switch at a responsibility for that was done wrong because I have pictures of everything I did and we did and I'll post him so kind of seems like maybe the other side of this issue needs to take a little responsibility for the fact that they purchased a style of fans, but they might not like. I don't know like I said we'll come fix the switch anytime there's a two minute fix, but don't tell us not to worry about it after ** offering resolve the issue several times intern around and take to BBB yelp or ******** telling the world that we're sorry and incompetent when I have pictures of the work. I'll gladly post out to responsibility for the switch and offered to fix it but just because you don't like the start of the fans you purchased what is that supposed to take food out of my children's mouth and she was off their feet had a fear that somebody's gonna go on Yelp or ******** and trash our name. We've already had people in the past that you know we did nothing wrong. We gave them their money back because they threaten to go on here and say this that that we've gotten scammed by the client. I'm not ever doing that again I'm not saying that you know y'all are that type of people, but I would never do that again so my response and company policy is if we did something shotty, post the pictures. I said you're wonderful nice people and I don't think that's what you're trying to do but it is upsetting that y'all say that we didn't do that event right when there's one right in front of it that you can't even see the one we installed without seeing it and it's done the exact same way. In addition to that we did good work. We have pictures of it. You'll tell us not to come fix and resolve the issue of the switch which I'm more than happy to do. Then turn around next morning and I woke up to a one star review with the BBB. I don't appreciate that at all.Enclosing, I do appreciate yawls business. I'll still come fix the switch. There's a two minute fix even if you don't wanna see my face you know I can still be in there and out so quick that you won't even have to do that. That's how quick I can be in and out do that for y'all and I will do it free. Just let me know. And also the home is beautiful. I know your husband works in the community on thank him for that, he is a good dude. We appreciate the work and thank you for the Gatorade and just making your home as comfortable as possible while you're working on it.Brighter Solutions LLC Response

And sorry, the time limit of 30 minutes so I didn't have time to proofread that and I use Apple's talk to text and it is awful. You can always reach out to us if any of that doesn't make sense I submitted it without being able to proofread it as we are working and like I said talk to text on Apple products that's the downfall, so just reach out if that looks like gibberish.
