Ordered items from website on 3/2/24. Received email on 3/5/24 that order was in process. Since then have had no answer to voicemails left on business phone numbers; no responses to emails asking for tracking info. Received a response via ******** messenger to my inquiry asking me for $100 to provide tracking or submit a refund. Will not cancel order or refund at this time.Initial Complaint

Ordered 2 bottles of Blantons bourbon on 3/7/2024 ( order # ***** ). According to the website it takes 1-2 for processing and 5-7 to ship. As of this morning my order still says processing ( 12 days later ). I have emailed them multiple times as well as the contact us chat page with no response. Just want my money refunded.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product from them on 9/19/2023 and called to get a tracking number on 9/26. They said the tracking number would be sent out that day and the package would be delivered on 9/29. To date, I have not received a tracking number or my package. They will not respond to emails, voicemails or chats on the website. They also will not answer the phone to provide me any information about my order.
