My mom ordered a refrigerator from Allsouth. It was delivered on Feb 10th. They scratched the hardwood floors while bringing the fridge into the house. Their delivery truck also left a massive oil spot in the driveway which at this point has been there so long it probably will never come out. I called the day of delivery to inform them and rectify this problem. Here we are at the end of March and nothing has been fixed. They finally sent someone to look at the floors and give them an estimate just over 2 weeks ago. They won't return any phone calls and the managers are always busy. This is completely unacceptable. If I have not heard from them and repairs are scheduled by the end of this week I am prepared to take the matter to court.Business response

The flooring professional will be contacting you later today about the flooring and the plan to repair the damage. The location manager is contacting a professional company to come out and clean the drive way and the oil stain. We will have them reach out to you as well and set up a day and time to come out.
