This company consistently ******** customers. I have had multiple friends and myself order from this company for which we never received the product. Even after countless attempts at emailing their customer service team they are unresponsive. The only way you will get your product is if you file a claim with your bank. The bank will then reach out to them for which they will fulfill the order to avoid collections. Even then there is a high chance you will not receive your full order. I would rate this 0 stars if i could. I am absolutely appalled by how they conduct business.Review from Alexandria M

I have emailed multiple times after months of receiving the same generic email. $60.00 was spent with zero chance I will ever receive my order. After 15 weeks waiting for my order they replied "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" This site is a HUGE scam and its shocking they are still able to take orders.Review from Casey G

If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered through them in April and they strung me as well as thousands of other people along for four months, not receiving the things that we ordered. Then they got irritated with me checking in on my order once a week and then they stopped responding altogether. This is a scam site. Thank God I got my money back through my bank.Review from Anyae P

i've ordered from here before and it did take awhile to receive my items, but this is the longest it's ever taken. i ordered from their BOGO deal in JANUARY and it's AUGUST. Shop says only my package label was created and it's been like that since APRIL.... they haven't responded to any of my emails or dms. sad cause their products are great quality but yall ran me for my $$$Review from Everett J

Please dont buy from here. I ordered two hoodies on September 3rd, 2023 as part of a BOGO deal. The website said 3-6 week shipping, so I expected it to be a while. Flash forward seven months and nothing has came or been updated, not even shipping. Emails back from the company just give me the runaround, telling me itll be shipped out on the next ship day (which is usually two weeks in advance) and when I asked if I could get a refund, they said no. Purchased a belt and hoodie. The belt was received however it ended up not free shipping. The company underpaid the shipping cost and had to additional **** to get the item from the local post office. Never got a refund. Then hoodie had a problem and never received it. The company provided a BOGO and the hoodie was considered free. Ended up full price for the belt and no refund was provided for never getting the hoodie as of today. Seems that the intention is that the hoodie would never get. And pay full price for the belt. Scam.Review from Katrina S
