      We contracted for pool installation and provided $13,000 payment in Dec 2020. After multiple calls and texts *********************** stopped all communication and refused to refund the money. He lied numerous times about sending it. He had defrauded a number of people and provided fake insurance documents, and addresses including ************ **. every address was fake as was all information provided. Still trying to locate him. Any help with his actual location would be appreciated.

      I did not give false insurance information or address. This all happened during Covid and material was nearly impossible to get and customers started wanting out of contracts. Im working on resolving all of this now its just taking longer than we hoped. Didnt do anything intentionally I wouldnt just go out and kill my business. Refund will be made in full with interest.

      The address in ************ is a storage facility, the address on the contract in ** is not a business.  We contacted the insurance company  Which he provided at the time of contract and they said his insurance lapsed months previously for non payment and he no longer had insurance with that carrier.  I am willing to provide the contract and insurance documents.  It has been 2 years with no response from ************************

      At the time this was all good and yes the address in ************ was a storage facility thats what we worked out of down there because we didnt work there all the time. 
      You have my email and I never spoke with you I dealt with your husband. So just email me and Ill send you my attorneys info and thats whos handling this matter.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      My husband emailed *********************** to get the attorney information as he advised.  We will reject response until we receive the information over email and have received a response from the attorney.  We also informed him that no partial payment or payment schedule will be accepted.  Full payment with interest is the only satisfactory payment.  There were many lies told to us regarding check being sent *****, his wife mailed it, etc.  we are not willing to wait any longer.

      In December of 2020, we paid $26000 as a down payment for a $57000 pool and signed a contract. The pool was supposed to be installed latest May of 2021. We received excuse and excuse for over a year, then *********************** the owner stopped answering or returning our calls and texts. We never even broke ground for our pool, never received one bit of anything for our money. It is now December of 2022 and we are either going to contact police, get a lawyer, or both.

      For one I didnt receive $26,000 dollars, two Im trying to work through this to get everyone straight. Covid hot and we couldnt get anything. The pool manufacturer kept running out of raw materials and couldnt keep up with the orders and kept pushing the dealers back month after month but Im working to resolve all these matters its just taking some time beings Im being blasted online. This was no way intentional Ive been in business for almost 30 years before Covid and supply shortages so its not like I wanted this. 
      My attorney and myself are working to resolve this matter.
