I bought two boxes of ***** ammo from **************,(J&M Spec LLC),3/30/24,four $204.97,the package was not padded&one box bullet separating container was destroyed,,I called & reported same and I wanted another box mailed,the person at Old South said we pad all out packages,,never heard back,,I paid with a *********** Credit,(not using anymore),I disputed the damaged ammo box,*********** took $50 off the $204.97 charge,,I told *********** the story&sent photos of damaged ammo box,,I get a call from *********,they were irate that $50 bucks was deducted,,I told them to send me another box&I'd see they got their $50 back,he said no,not until I re-sended the $50,,talked to ***********,one more time&told them what Old South had said&that I was satisfied with the situation.I get a letter from ***********,May 23rd/2024,,Case#***************,,said unfortunately we have paid J&M Spec LLC,$50,(MY MONEY!),and I have not heard from OldSouth,and I still don't have a replacement box,I called *********** and it took four calls before I could understand the person's English,,got no where,Business response

Good afternoon,
The customer did not communicate with us before disputing the charge with his credit card company. After we found out that there was a problem, we contacted the customer and his card company. The card folks said we should not send anything until the dispute was either rescinded or resolved. We asked the customer if he would rescind his dispute so we could send him the $0.50 (yes, *************) cardboard box that he was upset about, and wanting $50 in place of. He flatly refused. This is the first weve heard about the chargeback being denied and will gladly send him the cardboard box.

This company makes practice rounds for firearms. I ordered. 5 rounds in 6.5 Creedmoor caliber. After I received the package, I tried them in my firearm. The cartridges didn't seat properly in the chamber. I called ***** and told them of my problem. The person said send me some pictures of the cartridges. I did and said I have 2 cartridges from another company that work and sent them pictures of his units and the 2 that work. This is the second day I called them with no answer their number is. ************. On their website they have a 30-day money back guarantee. I paid $19.99 for the product.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I checked my bank account associated with the credit card; I went back as far as Jan. 9, 2023. there is no refund in my account for the purchase of the amount of $19,99. I also, sent an e-mail to ***************************** with this information.

Good evening,
As shown in this screen shot, we refunded the customer. I do not know how long it will take his bank to return the funds, but we did all we could on our end.
We emailed this same information to the customer before he filed this complaint, but he did not acknowledge it.
