On October 14th 2023 my services stopped working due to an is*** with cyber broadbands provider. I was just charged $99 on 10/13/2023, On 11/13/2023 I was charged another $99 and my service had not been restored yet. I immediately canceled my service on 11/14/2023. I have contacted cyber broadband regulary requesting a refund for the $198 that is due back to be. All I am ever told is that they will make a note for billing. During this time of no service it cost me the $198 + 5 hours (total $148.05) I took off work waiting in line to get the problem fixed, that didn't fix the is***. This also cost me over $100 in streaming services that I couldn't use. I dont really want to *** them, i just what the $198 returned to me. If I take them to court it will cost total with me taking off work, court fees and what I loss (Total about $775). This is their last chance to make is right.
