We hired this company to move us less than one mile. The move took place on January 11 and 12, 2024. This was their second move for us, the first being May 2022. They damaged our new hardwood floors (our home was a new build) and they also damaged our washing machine front that was approximately 2 years old and part of a washer/dryer set. We have contacted this company repeatedly to get them to stand behind their mistake and to pay for the repairs/replacement. They initially spoke to my husband, *****, and offered to make things right. However, they never did and will no longer return my husbands calls and text messages. They owe us $275 to replace the washer front and $500 to have the hardwood floors repaired- a total of $775. I hope you can help me with this issue. I also want to warn others that this company does not follow-thru with their damages. They told us they were licensed and insured but havent offered to correct their damages. Thank you!
