I needed my truck repaired. I scheduled an appointment to drop it off on 25 July. (had to wait two weeks to get that) to drop off my truck. I was out of town for the next week plus. On my return (02 Aug), they had not even gotten it back in the shop. I informed them that I needed a vehicle to get to work and was told to call back on Monday to possibly get a loaner car. I called today (05 Aug), and they have no loaner vehicles and still have not put my vehicle in the shop. I understand that they are backed up and behind, but we require two vehicles in our family and are down to one. I could not go into work today. They said they would 'try' to get my truck in the shop this week. It has already been 11 days with nothing done on my truck. This business was supposed to be the best one to repair my **** truck. Again, I understand that these things happen, but with all of the **** Layton shops around, they should be able to provide a loaner vehicle to the customer whose vehicle they still have not repaired after 11 days. Just want my truck repaired.

Talk with the customer Monday 08/05/********* explained that the workload moving slower than we planned. Will talk again with the customer 04/06/2024 in the afternoon if the vehicle has not been dispatched at that time we will put in in a loaner vehicle. Customer was happy with that solution.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with the dealership. A loaner vehicle was not made available today nor was my truck closer to repair. I spoke again with the dealership this afternoon. They are supposed to call me back tomorrow morning if a loaner vehicle is available.
