Purchased a new home from kriser homes, gilleys was the contractor for thr hvac work for the new home. Its currently 82 degrees inside my home. The buisness owner says this is normal and no resolution was offered. The home is suppose to have a 1 year labor warranty for the HVAC and 10 year parts warranty. Neither has been honored so far. This is a unacceptable buisness practice for someone that is BBB accredited.Business response

We were at this customer’s home on 06/29/2022 and replaced an in warranty expansion valve at no cost to the customer. After we replaced this part, we have not heard anything else from Mr. ******. When we left that day, the heat pump was working and operating as it should.Customer response
