ON DEC 31ST OF 2021 MY GIRLFRIEND RENTED A 5X10 UNIT FROM WEEKS BAY STORAGE: INSTEAD OF GIVING ME THE CODE TO GET INTO THE GATE, THEY SAID THEY'D E-MAIL IT TO ME: I'M STILL WAITING ON THE CODE+ 24.00 ADMIN FEE WHICH THEY DON'T MENTION IN THEIR AD: ALL MY GIRLFRIEND WANTS IS TOO MAKE SURE THEY GON'T TAKE OUT THE 154.00 OUT OF HER ACCT: I HAVE SINCE GOTTEN ME A UNIT WITHOUT ANY HIDDEN CHARGES:Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/06) */ January 6, 2022 - ***** ***** ****** did not complete the registration transaction process on line to rent a storage unit at Weeks Bay Storage and there was no signed storage unit agreement completed as part of the registration process. Once registration is completed on line for a storage unit an email is sent to the client with the storage unit number and gate code - we did not receive a completed registration for ***** ***** ****** so they did not receive an email - No funds were charged or processed from Weeks Bay Storage for ***** ***** ****** as the registration process was not completed
