On July 30 at 12:36 I paid Boat Mart (also known as J ***** Enterprises and ******* Holdings) $1035 for 12 months of covered boat storage. Also they would provide a service for an additional $35 per occurrence to put boat in the water and and back in storage after use. We utilized this additional service on August the 19th and paid the $35 charge. We were instructed to have the boat back by 5pm if we wanted it to be put back up that day. We arrived back at 4pm. I noticed the next morning the boat was still in the water where we docked. I thought no problem they will get it done later that day. At some point the boat was removed from the water and parked in front of the office uncovered. When I arrived on September 15th the boat was still sitting uncovered in front of the office. My boat was sitting uncovered in the elements and baking in the sun from Aug.19th to Sept.15. At this point I confronted an employee and was told i needed to talk with ****. I found **** in the ************** and voiced my concerns. She told an employee to go and get the boat in slip 16 where it should be stored. I made a request at that time that i should be refunded a months rent since i didn't get the service I paid for. She told me she couldn't make that decision but would call the owner and get back with me no later than Monday the 18th. So i left and went back to our lake home and explained the situation to my wife and we decided we wanted to remove our boat and be refunded for 11 months since it was undercover for 18 days. My wife called **** back and told her what we decided and asked for the owners name and phone number. She wouldn't give us the information but assured us she would text him and have him call us asap. Today is the 25th and after one full week we have had no response from anyone, so i called **** back this morning to check in and she said she gave him the message and that was all she could do ! I told her he had an hour and then i would be contacting BBB.Customer response

I ordered a Bennington bow rider in March 2021. In September 2021 the boat was ready but they said no motor was available at that time they told me my boat would be out in the weather if I didn't come and get it and use their motor until mine came in . Not wanting my boat to sit out in the weather I paid in full for the boat and motor. With an agreement I would use one of their used motors until a new motor comes available. I have reached out to them several times regarding my boat motor but no one will call me back or tell me anything. I do not know what else to do to get the property I have paid for. I am just being avoided and getting the run around with this company. Please help me.
