This is the 5th custom kitchen I have had done in 35 years, what a complete disappointment in ****. The cabinets are not quality and the staining has 3-4 different shades, along with many issues. I have tried several times to get someone from the factory to respond to my questions and no answers. The sales *** for ** did come to see the disaster and mentioned he would try his best to resolve the issue, yet he will not respond to my calls either.Due to Kiths poor business tactics, the local contractor who installed the cabinets no longer use Kith after many years of using them.All I can say is buyer beware, I have a difficult time believing anyone has had a good experience with Kith at this time. I hope my review can sway you away from making the mistake I have.***** B

Beautiful ********************* cabinets. Great finishes, beautiful full overlay, soft close doors and drawers. Im very pleased. The blue cabinets with brushed gold fixtures are exceptional.

Poor product and cheaply made.Stay away from Kith!Nothing matches! Cabinets, crown, side panels are all different shades of color despite paying extra for the "custom color" and match.Paint was already chipped and pealing across several pieces and doors were warped and the wrong size. We actually received stacked pantry doors with the top and bottom doors being a different width (and very noticeable).Had the Kith rep out a few times and accomplished absolutely nothing! All he did was point the finger elsewhere..."it's because you don't have a full house humidifier that the doors are warping"...really? We received the cabinets in the summer when there's plenty of humidity."Well you're always going to see the cracks and gaps...nothing you can do" - really? Funny, when you and our contractor sold us ************* you told us we WOULDN'T see the seams and gaps.We were waiting over a year with both our contractor and Kith only to be (and continue) to be extremely disappointed.Also, am being told **** is trying to sell their business and have been pushing back on any warranty claims to improve their financials / balance sheet. If you do decide to go with Kith for whatever reason set your expectations very low!Go to Ikea or any of the big box stores - you'll be better off with both the quality and price!

After waiting four months for the cabinets, we received incomplete and/or incorrect cabinet pieces. Many of the cabinets were not stained correctly. We have been waiting months for someone to correct the finish on our cabinets and have no idea if or when anyone will come. We do not recommend doing business with this company.
